Mounted Large Mouth Bass on Plaque And Driftwood Cattail Scene 20"
This is a beautiful decoration piece for the fisherman or sportsman. This fish is curved but is probably around 20" in length. The full length of the scene is 22 1/2" to the top of the cattail and about 16" across. It is really a nice piece. I've tried to get enough pictures so that you can get a complete idea of what condition it is in. I believe it to be in really good condition with a few little nicks here and there. Vintage 18" Mounted Small Mouth Bass Real Fish Taxidermy
Today. I have for auction, a mounted, taxidermied 18" vintage small mouth bass. It is in nice condition except for a few flaws. The bottom fin has a crease line, and I am not sure if there is a missing tip. There is another crease on the bottom back fin, and one of the fins facing the back on the bottom has a bend and a broken off tip. All flaws are pictured. It does have ... moresome condition issues such as chipped fins. Flaking and cracks on the backside of the mount. It is very dusty and looks like it could use a good cleaning. Please see photos for condition. Approximate measurements are as follows: 18" long x 8" tall x 7 1/2" deep. The Bass is mounted to a plaque with 2 screws. The plaque will be removed for shipping and the bass will be attached to a larger piece of wood for shipping. This Large Mouth Bass will look great hanging on the wall! This is an old large mouth bass. The lady that owned said her husband caught it. She didn't say where or how much it weighed at the time. Only that she didn't want it anymore because it didn't match her decor. It measures 20" It is not mounted on anything. It looks like they hung it from the hole on the back of the fish. There is a hole on the back of the fish) The tail has a small crack. You can see it in the picture. It looks like an easy fix or you could leave it there. 19" Large Mouth Bass Taxidermy Stuffed Fish Real Skin Mount Illinois
It was my 30th Birthday May 14th 1996 and we'd had a great day on the water. In fact one of the best days we'd ever had. The sun was setting and we were all taking the gear off the boat and loading the cars. There was going to be at least an hour of filleting in front of us before an unprecedented feast. If you're a fisherman you know the"one last cast" routine. Walking back to the cars along the docks I flicked out my worn but trusty Rapala and let out the line so that when I walked it back to shore I could reel it all the way back in. Reaching shore I turned and started to reel pulling in all the loose line I'd let out when I noticed that the line I was reeling in was going out faster than I was reeling and BANG! I set the hook and the battle started. I quickly walked back up the docks to improve my position. My ... morebrothers. Uncles and cousins all noticed at the same time and I could see them out of the corner of my eye half interested and half jealous. The fish ran and pulled out line like a Pike and my reel screamed and rod bent. Get me a net" I yelled over my shoulder and they all scrambled. I only had 4lb line on this 6'6" medium action Abu Garcia so I had to let him run and follow him by running along the docks. After about 10 min everybody became convinced that I must have hooked a turtle because I was gaining line so slowly but I was bringing in line now, slow, but steady. Fatigue got the better of him then, I thought, and we were only in about 22' 25' of water here at the end of the docks. He was coming up but he was swimming up under the dock. I pushed my rod tip out to turn his head and get him away from the dock and when he broke the surface from the very edge of the dock he must have left the water by 2 feet. Splashing back into the lake he swam away from the net my Uncle Jesse had thrust into the water and started taking line again. Now that we'd all seen him we all became collectively paranoid that he was going to throw the hook or snap the line. I

This received a little damage to the rear fin and right side and right bottom front fins were chewed by an animal unfortunately. So it visually was un-pleasing, I trimmed and removed. I cleaned it up and there it hangs, lightly touched up with crayola marker after the move and selling my other center piece. I lightly moistened a rag with water, wiped it down and dried for inspection and listing. Just another great man cave piece that tells a story at first glance! Up for auction is a Large-Mouth Bass Mount! The fish itself measures around 22 inches. While the width of the fish to edge of driftwood is around 35 inches. The height of the driftwood is 23 inches tall. This will be a pain in the butt to ship, so let me know if you would like some driftwood cut off to make shipping cheaper. The fish looks good but does have some minor damage to a few fins, please see pictures. He is attached by some type of wire you can bend around and pose him different ways. Vintage/Antique Mounted Real Small Mouth Bass/Striper ?
Welcome to my listing and page.I have the following item for sale thats a very nice used/preowned item.This piece would make a very nice item to add to someone's collection or put it to use.It's in nice condition/shape and it's a used/preowned item it's not new.Attention all International bidder's and buyer's please read condition's at the bottom of my listing's. The following is stamped or marked on the item: On the front/side's: nothing. On the bottom: nothing. On top: nothing.This is a single mounted real small mouth bass fish it's a very older piece.The complete piece is attached to a real piece of aged drift wood that is attached to a real piece of oval shaped flat base all the wood has a nice dark patina color on the wood.The fish is a off-white/light green's in color behind the fish is a ... moreartificial plant there is some wear to the fish from age.There is some small crackling and crack's small chip/nick's on the fin's they need to be re-glued this can be done but I'm leaving it as it was bought It has a few scuff/scratch mark's and a few ding/dent's on it but its a used fishing item so it's normal wear.There is light dust on it I did wipe it off with a damp cloth but I did not scrub/rub it because I did not want to damaged the coating on it.This is a solid vintage/antique mounted fishing item and still in nice condition for it's age there is some light wear and some scratch/scuff mark's chip/nick's in the outer coating/paint and but it's normal wear on a used fishing item it's a used item with normal wear it's not new nor perfect it's a used item please look at my picture's. The messurement's: it's about 14 1/2 inches tall/high and about 13 3/4 inches long/across and it's about 6 1/2 inches wide/thick just the fish it's about 7 1/8 inches tall/high and about 11 3/4 inches long/across and about 1 3/4 inches wide/thick. 21 1/2" Large Mouth Bass Mounted on drivewood
Here we have a 21 1/2 Inch- 5 pound large mouth bass that was caught by myself fishing on a lake in Michigan- had professionally done by a taxidermist. Huge 6.5LB 20” & 6.75LB 21” Taxidermy Large Mouth Bass Fishing Mount Man Cave
Here’s a beautiful pair of Northern Michigan large mount bass. The top bass measures roughly 21” and weighed 6.75lbs. The bottom bass measures roughly 20.5” and weighed 6.5lbs. This is absolutely a beautiful mount. One on top of other. Total piece measures roughly 34.5” tall by 27” wide. All mounts currently listed have been done by the same Taxidermist and he is a great at what he does. Please see all other mounts! Comes from a house where they did smoke, some smoke odor present.

Huge 11lb 22' Largemouth Bass Mount. 25-30 years in age. Looks good on the wall. But needs some repair. The top fin is broken up a little bit, most fins have small broken pieces or the skin has come off. The back of the fish needs quite a bit of repair, there are some cracking spots on the face and the skin is coming loose near the tail, see photos for extent of damage. Could be hung as is or restored.
