This is a Large to very large Sawtooth sharks bill. The bill about 30 years old, Please look at all the pictures they can tell you more then I can. What I do know is that it has all of it's teeth and the measurements are 37"long, from tooth to tooth it measures 6" at the top and 9 1/2" at the base. The teeth measurements are 1 3/4" long and the are spaced 1 1/2" a part. About midway it has miner tears, think it from landing the fish, refer to pictures

Texidermy Fish Sawtooth Shark Bill Mount "Awsome" Large Antique Vintage
This is a Large Sawtooth sharks bill. The bill about 30 to 40 years old, Please look at all the pictures they can tell you more then I can. What I do know is that it has all of it's teeth but the one on the end that looks to be lost while the fish was alive. The measurements are almost 32" long and 5 1/2" wide at the widest point tooth to tooth. The larger of the teeth are 3/4" to almost 1" as the picture shows. The teeth start out 1 3/4" apart at the base and gradually get closer. There are 47 teeth in total. This is a very unique and awesome piece. Please see all pictures as the item is as pictured. It is in great condition to be so old. It does have a couple damaged teeth that look like they were done while it was alive. It is a vintage/ antique taxidermy piece. Sawtooth Shark Sawfish Rostrum 51" Long COMPLETE 48 Teeth Taxidermy Bill Snout
This is an extremely impressive preserved rostrum from a sawfish(also commonly called sawtooth shark or carpenter shark) that is 51" long. most of the large examples that I have seen of this type on eBay have been 32-36" But this one is truly massive! The ruler pictured beside the rostrum is 6" long. I bought this from someone who owned it for 30 years, and that person bought it from someone else who had had it for a long time. So, it has been around for awhile! All of the teeth are in place(48 total) and there are no empty sockets. Please settle all questions before you agree to purchase this item. You're bidding on my taxidermy sawtooth shark bill mount. This mount measures over 31" and is mounted on wood. As you can see from the pictures: the wood board it is mounted on measures 34" long x 6"wide. Most of the teeth are in great condition but some are some are a little chipped away.
