West Nipissing Resort is situated ... more45 minutes west of North Bay and 60 minutes east of Sudbury. We have 12 modern, full ammenitie cottages here at West Nipissing Resort. Our cottages are situated on the property in the following manners: Lakefront, Private Canal and Bluff Top. All are unique locations. For the best views the bluff top is the place to be with panoramic views of the entire area and Lake Nipissing itself. For docking ease, water access or ground level the lakefront or canal locations are best.
West Nipissing Resort's cottages range in size from 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 people), 2 bedroom (sleep 4), 3 bedroom (sleep 6) and 4 bedroom (sleep 8). Our cottages all contain the following: indoor plumbing, drinking water (180 Feet drilled well), electric heat, full bath room (4 piece), full kitchen, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, fantastic scenery, BBQ (grill), propane supplied and deck. Linens for beds can be supplied upon request.

You may see: a Moose with her calf(s), a mother bear and her cubs, nesting Bald Eagle's, a soaring Osprey, a hunting Hawk.
Wildlife and wilderness is our back yard. We can't wait to share it with you.

Nightly stays in ... moreMay, June, September and October. Weekly stays preferred in July and August. This outpost offers 1/2 a mile of private shoreline on 315 acres of private property. Surrounded by crown land. Our outpost is on the Lake Nipissing's lake system on a semi private lake called Bear Lake. There is very limited access to this lake. Fish for: Walleye, pike, muskie and bass. Boat rentals waiting and ready to go. This location offers all the ammenities of modern living. Fridge, stove, 3 piece bath, propane bbq, large walk out deck facing the lake. It includes a canoe. Come on up and enjoy this outpost. The sites and fishing truly are spectacular!
