Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made more than 90 days before your booking date your deposit will be refunded with a 10% processing fee. After this date, deposit will be applied to a later date in the same year. Balance is to be paid in cash or money orders on arrival. No personal checks will be accepted except from repeat customers.

  • Cancellations made 30 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
