Description

Tucked away 30 miles from camp in a secluded bay on Lac Seul, this outpost is popular for larger groups – accommodating up to nine people. This outpost is equipped with a 12 cubic foot freezer. Although this is a remote part of Lac Seul, you are not far from Aldous, Williams, & McIntyre Bays and Vaughan Lake. In addition to excellent Northern, Walleye, & Small Mouth Bass fishing, A rare treat to anglers are the elusive Muskie.

Includes: cabin, boat, motor or wharfage, 30 gal. gas, 15 doz. minnows per boat, ice, parking, escorting to and from outpost cabins and midweek outpost checks.

Wildlife is plentiful in our area – deer, moose, bear, and birds. Come watch the eagles soar and listen to the serene song of the loon.

Our light housekeeping cabins and cottages are large and bright with two or more bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and screened cottage verandas. All have hot and cold running water, private showers, and flush toilets. Each has electric or gas heat. We supply all of the dishes and cooking utensils that you will need. We also supply the bed linens but ask you to bring along your own face cloths, bath towels as well as kitchen linens.

The cleared, well-kept grounds and beach offer a safe recreation area for children. The smaller bays close to the camp are ideal for family fishing.

As well as the great fishing and hunting, Lac Seul Lodge offers a quiet place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of city living. Guests can set their own pace – getting up at daybreak for early fishing or enjoy sleeping in – lounging in the shade on the beach – sit back and enjoy the stunning sunsets in our bay where many fantastic photos have taken place. The rugged countryside with its abundance of wildlife is a photographer’s dream. Take a whirl at water-skiing or you can spend some leisure time picking raspberries and blueberries.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the main drive-in camp grounds and telephone service is also available at the main lodge.

A screened fish cleaning house, wrapping paper, freezers and ice are included. Advance reservations are suggested for guide service.
