You are looking at a couple of Penn Reels repair tools from my grandfather's tackle box. They belonged to my grandfather who was a snowbird. He spent his winters in Homosassa Springs. Florida and his summers in Northwestern Michigan. It looks as if one of the tools could have been used for his freshwater reels fresh and the other for salt water. My grandfather's health has declined and as such he can no longer fish. My grandmother sent me several boxes of his tackle and tools and asked me to find new homes for them.
