Although it is used, it is unstained and the cavity still shine, producing great baits. This mold has a small tear at one of the corners of the paddle. While it is evident when you stretch the mold, when the mold is at rest, it closes and therefore should not affect the pour. Sorry. The lure is not included. The cavities still shine, producing great baits. Technical note: I have found that I need to manipulate the hookslot tab in order to get a complete pour as I am pouring in the plastic. This mold also has a minor tear at the corner of the paddle when the mold is flexed. As seen in the pictures. However, when the mold is at rest, the tear closes and does not affect the pour. Sorry.
