This auction is for three fishing sinker molds. It does not include the sinkers.they are pictured for information only. 1. Hilts Molds. Burbank, CA. Makes a single 12 ounce torpedo sinker. There should be sinker eyes on either end but I did not include them when I cast this sinker for the picture. 2. Do-It Molds. Denver, Iowa- Model: BK-4-L. Makes four bank sinkers.2, 3, 4 and 5 oz. 3. 5 Molds from do it molds. The premiere mold makers. What you see is what you get. I haven’t used these in years. There is a couple jig molds which I dremmeled to add weed guards. Or just make regular jigs there is a sinker mold. And there are to molds I filled as I had some ideas on making my own style jigs. You should be able to get the filler stuff out if you chip it out or heat it and chip it or dremmel some new style mold that no one has and sell them and become rich. It also includes the lead molting pot to heat and melt the lead for pouring. Which I tested and it works(it takes about 20-30 minutes to melt the lead) Well worth the money to make your own jigs. Antique Vintage Cast Iron Lyman Lead Ingot Mold Sinker Fishing Weights etc
Top measurements are 6 5/8 x 3 ¼” It slants inward with bottom measurements 5 ¾ x 2 ¾” It is 1 1/8” high and has small handle/lip on side coming out about 5/8” All measurements are approximate. It is divided into four sections. In the bottom of each is raised LYMAN spelled backwards so that when lead was molded it came out correctly. Purchased from an old collector who had gone over the lettering with gold paint to highlight the name and used it in a display. We read that these ingots were used often as sinkers as well as other things. No cracks or damage.

Lot of 3 Old Vintage Fishing Sinker Lead Molds Used Wood Ceramic Aluminum Up for sale is this lot of 3 old fishing sinker molds. I believe they are made from ceramic. Aluminum, and then wood and maybe iron. They are all in good shape and could used again to make sinkers or else they would make a great addition to your collection of old fishing gear. The ceramic mold measures 5-1/4" x 3-1/2" x 2-1/2" and the sinkers would be 2" long. The wood and metal mold measures 7-3/4" x 2-1/2" x 2-1/4" and the sinkers would be 2" long.
