Just had this motor check out by an authorized Minn Kota Service tech. Everything checks out fine and is ready to mount on your boat. I replaced a couple of bolts but I do not have the mounting bolts. The reason I'm selling? This motor is way too powerful for my needs. My boat is only 16 ft and I don't fish in high current. I did buy it used but it works great. It has infinite speeds and a 30 inch composite shaft. I was told that this was the first"digital" motor for Minn Kota but I cannot verify it.The weedless prop is in perfect condition. The pedal is spacious and the cable works fine. The mount( in picture) has four shock absorbing springs. Because of the weight. I will not ship it. If you want to see it run, bring a battery and connecting cable to hook to my battery. Being 24 volts, you will need two batteries.

This is a 1972. 14' flatbottom boat with a trailer. All lights are working on the trailer. The boat has no known leaks. I have only had it out a couple of times, but am wanting to upgrade to a bigger boat and won't need this one. The seats are worn, but they still serve the purpose. I have replaced the plug for the boat, the driver's side tire on the trailer, and the mounting lever for the trolling motor. The motor is a 50lb thrust trolling motor. Everything works great!

I have used this motor for years and it works good on 24 volts. I don't think it runs on 12 volts as I wired it for 24 volts only. The only problem I know of is if the motor is on high I have to let off the power for a second in order to steer it. It seems to steer OK on other speeds. I purchased a new remote control trolling motor is reason I am selling. Never used in salt water.

Here is a great little trolling motor from days gone by. It is a Lazi-Trol Electric Fishing Motor made by BYRD INDUSTRIES. INC. in Memphis Tennessee U.S.A. It is in working order, has high, medium, low and off settings. The cord is approximately 7 foot long with battery clips that have some rust and corrosion but in good overall condition. The motor is 33 inches tall and weighs in at around 12 pounds. The serial# is 2067. The top plate has good color and easily readable. Sweet motor for ones collection.
