Used Humminbird 798CI SI Combo fishfinder depth sounder sonar GPS Hummingbird
For sale is a Humminbird 798CI SI Combo sonar and GPS unit with accessories. The serial number is 9090903-0267. This equipment came with a used 2010 bass boat that I bought in December of 2011. Since I'm a loyal Lowrance guy I removed this unit from the drivers console dash. And replaced it with a new Lowrance. I'm finally getting around to selling it. When I test drove the boat I ran the electronics and they all worked, I've not run them since. I never received the box or any literature, but you can download the instruction and installation manuals from Humminbird's website. The actual display/processor unit is very clean, with no scratches on the screen. Since this unit was installed in dash there is no gimbal mounting bracket, but it does come with the dash mounting bracket(picture 10) The removable back half of the swing-away ... morebracket(used to mount the transducer) is cracked(picture 4) and I think it should be replaced. Pictures 5 and 6 show the front and back of the side imaging transducer. Picture 6 shows the cracked mounting bracket installed on the transducer assembly, the transducer itself is fine. Picture 7 shows a Y-spilt transducer input cable, one cable is labeled"Side Imaging" the other"Dual Beam" The dual beam, puck style transducer is still epoxied to the inside of my hull, and therefore not included. The unit is marked as"Internal GPS" which I think means that it has an internal receiver. It was installed with an external receiver model AS GR50(picture 8) and so I've included it with the accessories for sale. Picture 9 shows the power cable. All cables are routed into a jack that snaps into the back of the actual display/processor unit, the jack is shown snapped in place, but with no cables attached(picture 3) What you see in the pictures is what you get. This LS-6100 was a head unit only that was removed from a boat being refit with new electronics. We paired it up with some"less than perfect" accessories to make it a complete unit for the captain on a budget. Here's the scoop: Display- Excellent working condition. 2 horizontal lines of pixels are missing, see pics- still very usable-Power Cord- Great used condition-Bracket and Knobs- Not originally for this unit. But it will suffice-Transducer- Speed wheel is sticky. If you get it spinning freely, it will work. Temp works perfect, depth works perfect. There is a little tab that keeps the transducer down once mounted, the tab has broken off, so we put two screws, one on either side of the bracket, to secure. Vintage Lot Fishfinder Sounder Eagle Silent 60 and Hummingbird Sixty
I have a lot of fish finder equipment up for grabs. This was a surprising garage sale find. The lady I bought them from said they probably worked because they were her dads. These items look pretty decent considering the age. I know absolutely nothing about fish finders so these are untested and sold as-is. I wouldn't begin to know how to test them or what to look for. I wish I could test them but I really don't know anything about them. What you get is what you see pictured. I am not even sure if the third item goes with it(the metal piece on the cord) But it came in the same box and seems like it probably has something to do with it(so it does today) The two finders are an Eagle Silent Sixty and a Hummingbird Sixty. The unit was working fine when I replaced it with a larger all in one unit. I just had it bench checked and it is fully working. It includes the power cord. Cover and mount. No transducer or manual. The screen is flawless but unfortunately my photography skills are not. You will see me hand, fingers and Iphone reflection in the picture. There are not any dead spots on the screen. The unit is free of any corrosion and is in very good condition.
