I am selling a used Lowrance HDS 7 Gen1 fishfinder/GPS that I purchased a few years ago and have been using in my boat. It has been used maybe a couple dozen weekends in the past few years. It has performed perfectly and is in excellent condition. I keep the cover on it and it is stored in the garage when not being used. I decided to upgrade and purchased a new Gen 2. Because of that. I am selling this Gen 1 head and cover with all the NEW PARTS from my recent purchase. I didn't see any reason to remove the old components from my boat as they are in excellent condition so this sale includes all the NEW parts to install on your boat. New bracket, new 83/200 kHz transducer, new power cord, fuses.everything in the box. I just took the Gen 2 head out of the box and replaced it with the Gen 1 which I will ship to you. No reserve. It worked wonderfully and had no trouble spotting fish or reading the bottom all the way out to 600 plus feet using the included transducer.

Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 1 fishfinder/gps combo. I took this off my bass boat because I upgraded to an HDS 8. The unit was purchased on 1-18-2010 from Bass pro for $1199.99. Comes with Lowrance PD-WBL Tranducer puck which is designed to go straight onto your trolling motor(comes with clamp) or can be epoxied to your hull for a shoot through setup. I had this one on my trolling motor so no epoxy marks. Etc. Comes with 20 foot of cable. These tranducers sell for 80-90 bucks.please note there is no temperature sensor as they are usually meant for shoot through(in hull) set ups. Also included is: Original mount and gimbal knobs. New) unused Lowrance power cable. 4 stainless mounting screws. Lowrance Cover. If I can find the original Lowrance manual. I will throw that in as well, however, they are online. Used HDS-5 Generation 1. I just upgraded to Gen 2. Sorry there is no bracket. Power, or transponder to come with this unit. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Comes with Lake Insight built into it. Sadly my new unit does not have this great feature as it is awesome to have. Unit works perfectly, and just came off my boat. I have factory reset the settings, and the pictures show it working in demo mode.

This auction is for a used HDS-8 Gen 1 that I bought new in March 2011. I've never had any trouble with it. It comes with everything you need except a transducer. HDS unit and cover. Power cable, mounting bracket with gimbal knobs, mounting template, installation and operation manual. GPS, sidescan and sonar all work. In the chart picture you can see it's locked on to a satellite by the speed over ground indicator. It doesn't have any scratches on the screen. It has one very minor scratch on the very top of the case in the dark gray area. This is a very nice well cared for unit that has been stored in the house in the winter.
