Please Read the entire listing so you will know what you are getting.This is my Lowrance HDS 8 and LSS1 structure scan. I have my recipt and I purchased them brand new on January 18 2011. I am the only owner and as I said they were brand new and not repaired or refurbished units. The HDS 8 and LSS1 are in EXCELLENT condition. The cables do not look new because they were installed but the are in really good condition(no kinks or skint places) They were kept on my boat in a heated and cooled basement. They have been used very little. I would guess that they have less than 20hrs on them. It has had software updates. It has the update which allows you to set up your favorite screens for quick acsess by use of the bottom buttons. I have had no problems at all with the units. It includes eveything you need for structure scan and GPS. Gimbal and ... moreKnobs are included. You may need to get screws for mounting it to your boat which I do not believe they were included with the unit new. It includes all origional paper work and instructions with boxes. The only thing it does not include is the regular 83/200 transducer. It does include the side scan transducer and mount. The transducer looks really good to be used. It was mounted up high and was not incontact with the water while running on pad. As you can see in the last picture. There is a little filed off of the mounting plate so it would fit on my jackplate. What you see in the pictures is what you get. It is a great unit that has been well taken care of. I am only selling it because I used it very little and I am buying my kids a nice basketball Goal. No Shipping to Canada, Mexico or International. Shipping will include insurance. Used Humminbird 798CI SI Combo fishfinder depth sounder sonar GPS Hummingbird
For sale is a Humminbird 798CI SI Combo sonar and GPS unit with accessories. The serial number is 9090903-0267. This equipment came with a used 2010 bass boat that I bought in December of 2011. Since I'm a loyal Lowrance guy I removed this unit from the drivers console dash. And replaced it with a new Lowrance. I'm finally getting around to selling it. When I test drove the boat I ran the electronics and they all worked, I've not run them since. I never received the box or any literature, but you can download the instruction and installation manuals from Humminbird's website. The actual display/processor unit is very clean, with no scratches on the screen. Since this unit was installed in dash there is no gimbal mounting bracket, but it does come with the dash mounting bracket(picture 10) The removable back half of the swing-away ... morebracket(used to mount the transducer) is cracked(picture 4) and I think it should be replaced. Pictures 5 and 6 show the front and back of the side imaging transducer. Picture 6 shows the cracked mounting bracket installed on the transducer assembly, the transducer itself is fine. Picture 7 shows a Y-spilt transducer input cable, one cable is labeled"Side Imaging" the other"Dual Beam" The dual beam, puck style transducer is still epoxied to the inside of my hull, and therefore not included. The unit is marked as"Internal GPS" which I think means that it has an internal receiver. It was installed with an external receiver model AS GR50(picture 8) and so I've included it with the accessories for sale. Picture 9 shows the power cable. All cables are routed into a jack that snaps into the back of the actual display/processor unit, the jack is shown snapped in place, but with no cables attached(picture 3) What you see in the pictures is what you get. Until recently I had a problem with the gps antenna and what I think happened is I had left the docking part uncovered and some corrosion formed on the little prongs. So I went ahead and bought a new down imaging unit. In the mean time I sent this unit back to the factory and had them to fix and check everything. They sent me a new transducer. And a new antenna. I paid $170.00 to have this done so it is in very good working order.
