Vintage Bank Type Fishing Sinker Mold #103 C Palmer Mfg 2lb 8oz Lead Ingot Mould
Up for auction is a Vintage Bank Type Sinker Mold#103 from C Palmer Mfg Inc in West Newton PA. It is from my father-in-law who was an avid lifetime fisherman and hunter. Sizes are 2.5. 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 and 7 ounces. Please see the pictures for the condition of the item. There is a hairline crack in one of the handles and when when the plates are together I can see a small sliver of light between the plates. I'm not sure if either of these identified issues would affect the production of the lead sinkers. Included is a 2 1/2 lb lead ingot! Thanks for looking! Offering a vintage C. Palmer#126 sinker mold. Has three round flat mold one each 1 each 1 1/4. 1 1/2 and 2 ounce. Wood handles have been added on to the handles. Mold reads C Palmer Mfg. Inc. West Newton, PA 15089 the other side reads Round Flat 126 wt 1 1/4 1 1/2 2 oz. Measures 10 3/4" and 2 1/8" wide. Please view all pictures and I'm glad to answer any questions. I can only find them on the internet now, I haven't seen them at Bass Pro or anywhere else in a long time. Don't know much about these things but I'm sure you just close them up and pour the lead into the small holes in each side until it fills up the reservoir then pop them out.
