This is a beautiful set of Rude Osolnik candlesticks. Tallest is just shy of 12 1/2" It has been glued please see close up picture. It also has a nick in the top, see pix. The 2nd one 9 1/2" has a"weak spot" I had a hard time spotting it and even in the picture it will be hard to see, only weak, NOT broken. The 3rd and smallest 6 3/8" is perfect. Today I have an older wooden pantry. One of a few I bought an estate sale. I believe this pantry is older. But I also feel the tole paint is newer. Paint on bottom where signature is looks new to me. But I’m not an expert. There are some slight cracks, a little warping, and some of the staples look to be replaced. This is being sold as found. I purchased this with a shipment of antiques from England and Belgium but it is not uncommon for those shipments to have a lot of Dutch items. Small Vintage Possibly Austrian?? Wooden Bowl with Flowers - Signed
I'm not completely sure of the history of this beautiful little wooden bowl with flowers painted around the rim. I think that it was probably purchased in Europe by my grandparents in the early 1950s. It is signed on the back but I can't read the signature. You can see it in the photos. It looks like it could be Austrian. Swiss, German, Polish, etc. There are some scratches and wear in the finish. It is about 3 and 5/8 inches in diameter. This is a very lovely little wooden bowl. The plate features the Tallinn skyline. Tartu University, and an animal's head(maybe a bear? The back of the plate has a fragment of a note written in Estonian. It shortly goes along the lines of"to dear Cat(nickname) Christmas in America. Essi Gunnar. hästi pai" is not easily translatable without further info but is a sign of personal affection towards someone. The carved PE 46 is probably the initials of the person who carved it and the year. Ie, 1946. These written notes indicate that this was most likely a parting gift from a dear friend. Antique Wooden Sewing Box, Handmade, Signed
This antique wooden box is believed to have been used as a sewing box. But it may well have held vanity items, or even documents. The overall measurements are 8 3/4 inches long, 6 5/16 inches wide, 5 1/8 inches high. The interior drawers are constructed of light wood, probably pine and show evidence of circular saw marks and glue in some minor repairs. The exterior is believed to be walnut with a flame mahogany veneer at the front of the drawers. The drawer knobs are pegged into place and the drawers appear to have rabbet joints without nails or pegs.The underside of the larger drawer is signed by the maker in pencil. The first initial appears to be"A" but the remainder is indecipherable. The base is reinforced with tiny machine-made nails but also still has pegs in place. Besides the two drawers, each corner of the two levels has ... morebeen fitted with a carved ivo_y finial-with the exception of the lower level, rear right corner, which has lost its finial. Above the smaller drawer is a tiny shelf that pulls out with a tiny carved ivo_y button and reveals a mirrored work surface. The overall condition is very good with the exception of the missing finial. The overall condition is quite good. It is tight and has a very nice finish, evidence of having been repaired and cleaned sometime in the last 50 years. We believe it dates from the mid to late 19th century.

This is a very nice hand carved wooden flat spa tula that measures 10 7/8" long x 2 5/8" at its widest part of the paddle. O n one side of the handle at the top. The previous owner added a small round metal hoop for hanging it up. It is in nice vintage condition with just two very thin small hairline cracks at the very end of the paddle. One measures 1/2" long and the other measures 1/4" long. Because they run the same way as the grain of the wood. They are hardly notic eable. This nice wooden spatula was hand painted in the cent er with pretty red strawberr ies and leaves.
