Halley's Camps offers three fully staffed camps and are all situated on the abundant English River system that our easily accessible with our travel options for guests. Our Canadian fishing lodges, Kettle Falls Lodge and One Man Lake Lodge, are all-inclusive lodges. At Caribou Falls Landing, you do your own cooking and light housekeeping. We have many types of accommodations for any angler's interest whether you want to have all-inclusive lodge experience (all your meals cooked for you, daily maid service, fishing guide, and boat), drive in housekeeping experience (take care of yourself while renting a cabin and brining or renting a boat), or for the adventurous angler's experience at one of our fly in remote outposts(fish your own lake while having the cabin and boats all to yourself). Any request by an angler or hunter is always just a phone call away. We offer exceptional equipment and boats, and the finest fishing Northwestern Ontario, Canada has to offer. Our fishery is mainly walley, smallmouth bass and northern pike but we do have lakes that offer lake trout and musky fishing. Come fishing with us and experience little to no fishing pressure while fishing endless amounts of walleyes, numerous northern pike an so manny smallmouth bass that your reel threatens to overheat with so much action.

Trapline Lake, known for large walleyes, has an abundance of walleye and northern pike. These waters are also a tributary to the English River. This is a dynamite lake to fish while having the luxuries of home in this castle in the Canadian north.

This lake has the perfect recipe for a healthy walleye, smallmouth bass and northern pike population. Salvesen Lake has many underwater reefs, weedy bays, islands and rapids that provide the perfect habitat for some really magnificent fish! In a typical day, it is not uncommon for anglers to catch over 100 fish per boat.

Large lakes with winding rivers attaching them makes for a healthy fishery of walleye, smallmouth bass, and northern pike. Catching dinner off the dock at Right Lake will take you just minutes! You are able to hike into Babe Lake for more walleye, smallmouth bass and northern fishing that is incomparable. Also for a day’s adventure is Arrow Lake that many fishermen enjoy the fun walleye and northern fishing. Bring your camera as you are guaranteed to catch trophies while staying at this “right” lake.

Rex Lake lies in a basin of sedimentary rock, which makes it an ideal habitat for crayfish. Where crayfish are abundant, so are smallmouth bass, and Rex Lake has some of the largest, ... morehealthiest smallmouth bass in Canada. "If you’ve ever wanted to add a trophy bass to your list," says Gene Halley, "this is the place to do it."
There’s a lot of potential for side trips out of Rex Lake. Only 2 portages away, Little Rex is famous for its walleye fishing, and you’ll probably want to take a few of the smaller ones back for a feast on the deck of the cabin. The northern pikes at Moose Lake will have you busy catching pike all day long.
The three-bedroom cabin on Rex Lake is built of logs harvested from the area. Built in 1999, this cabin is modeled after our other outposts, with front walls filled with windows offering the incredible views that all our camps are known for. It will accommodate six fishermen in wilderness comfort.

Dowswell Lake is 3 miles long and totally uninhabited, so you and your friends will truly be "lords of the wilderness." Along with the main lake, there’s a network of three secluded lakes for your private use. Dowswell Lake itself harbors the highly-prized lake trout, as well as northern pike and smallmouth bass.

The fishery is primarily walleye and northern, but smallmouth bass are another species that fishermen seek. You’ll have thrilling time with the quantity of walleye caught at this outpost!
You’re really in the wilderness at this outpost as the North Shore of Eagle Lake borders the Woodland Caribou Provincial Park. The moose and caribou that call this part of the north home are frequently spotted by our guests. Have your cameras ready!

You’ll have no neighbors at Bee Lake, only the rare woodland caribou and moose that our guests frequently spot along the shore while they’re fishing.
Bee Lake, a fly in outpost, is probably one of the most outstanding smallmouth bass lakes in Ontario. Light tackle and fly fishermen are beginning to discover this, and many anglers have scored an all-time personal best with the bass that live here.
