Exceptional Drive-In Wilderness Without exception, Northwestern Ontario is one of the most beautiful areas in the world, and we are part of it. We are in an area of hundreds of lakes, ... morerivers and streams surrounded by beautiful pine and hardwood forests abundant with wildlife—a far cry from the cities and towns most of us come from.

Canyon Lake itself is a beautiful clear water glacial lake accented with islands and bays. The surrounding terrain goes from gently sloping shoreline to sheer rock cliffs.

The lake is approximately 15 miles long and from it’s narrowest point of 100 yards to 2 miles wide, with depths ranging from a few feet in some of the shallow weedy bays to 100 feet at the deepest point which accounts for little or no fish kill due to extreme weather conditions—hot or cold. For the fishing enthusiast there are weed beds, miles of rocky shoreline with scattered fallen trees, rock structure in abundance throughout the lake, providing the ultimate in Muskie, Bass and Walleye fishing.

Trophy northern pike and walleye wait at your doorstep at Bow Narrows Camp, a boat-in Canadian fishing camp on fabled Red Lake in Northern Ontario. American Plan and Housekeeping Plan ... morePackages include everything. We even clean your fish!

Twenty miles from the nearest highway, Bow Narrows Camp is deep in the Canadian wilderness. It’s like a fly-in fishing camp but you are taken there by a large, fast boat instead of a floatplane. This saves you expensive flight costs and is more reliable than air travel.

The camp is completely modern. Each of its lakeside cabins has bathrooms with showers, kitchens and living areas and is supplied with electricity 24 hours a day from the camp’s own generator. Bow Narrows Camp is located in a protected narrows that lead to a variety of bays. You can always go fishing, regardless of the wind. Welcome to Brennan Harbour Resort! Beautiful Canadian wilderness getaway, awesome fishing, quality boats, comfortable cabins, delicious food, friendly faces - Brennan Harbour Resort's ... morethe BEST place for your next holiday. We're located on the Whalesback Channel of Lake Huron at the mouth of the Spanish River. This means you have two great water systems to fish. The Spanish River is one of the most productive rivers in Northern Ontario for walleye in particular. Many of the surrounding lakes are stocked from the Spanish River.

Being part of Lake Huron, the Whalesback Channel has a small lake feel with Great Lake fish. The Channel is 14 miles long by about a mile to a mile and a half wide. It's well protected from the larger water by a number of large and small islands. We're the only resort on the channel and there are only a handful of cottages. So, although we're very convenient to get to, you'll feel as though you're in the middle of the wilderness. Guests are often surprised that they can spend an entire day without seeing another boat.
