I had these on my boat years ago,before I went with all Big Jon equipment. You mount the Stainless steel bracket, and the rod holder then locks in the bracket.They are adjustable for many different angles. We only used them in fresh water Lake Michigan. This set was from a 1969 Thunderbird Tri-hull. The tubes are 2" wide and mounting depth is approximately 12 inches. These are heavy duty and have withstood time and the elements. I think these were originally chrome on top. But have aged to a nice patina(at least I think so) Tops can be refinished or left as-is. All have the stop pin at the bottom of the tube. These appear to have a 30 degree offset to mounting plane and will include the original screws from removal.
