The bottom section of this rod is a split cane. Both rods have brass ends and join together easily. These rods come with the original cloth bag. Lot of 4 Spin Casting Fishing Reels
Up for auction are 4 older spin casting reels. I removed all the old line from the reels. And did a basic cleaning on each to make sure they function properly before listing them. I will describe each reel individually. Zebco 202. Black and silver plastic. Just used this recently. It needs a little lube. Zebco 202(older than the first) All black plastic. A little stiff, but some lube will get it working perfectly. Zebco 20/20. Silver and chrome plastic. Again, just a little lube and it's good to go. South Bend Spincast 66. Brown metal. It's old. I removed the line and it basically works. The push button is a little stiff. I am not a reel repairman. Therefore did not want to disassemble the entire reel. If you know what you're doing. Here is a cool old rod.Case and reel for display. The butt and mid sections of the rod are 34" long and have a set to them, the two tips are broken at the tips. No makers label or marks that i can see. The Bakelite Henshall reel operates as it should but has some wear and is missing its knob. The box they're stored in is a nice homemade piece out of pine with a cool leather handle and brass hook latches. The nails that the hinges use have pulled out and will need resetting.
