Professional fly-fishing gear from Orvis. Taped seams. Loops to hang fly-gear, huge cargo pockets, hood, wet-suit material and velcro closures at cuffs, drawstrings and all manner of adjustments, extra pockets, velcro flaps, etc etc etc. Orvis does it right, and this is a superlative design from them for hardcore trout fishermen. They are NOT screwing around with this jacket, as was evidenced from the absolutely outrageous price they charged me for it. Hoping I can pass it along to someone who will use it for good. And who knows that it is a real pro jacket and not something from Member's Only to wear to the 7-11 to buy Cheetoes and MountainDew. I think I coughed up a lung to buy this, something like $212 a few years ago, and I've only worn it a few times and it never even rained. This is a great rain jacket that packs down to next to nothing for stashing in your vest or boat bag. Features include: Sonically Welding Seams(no stitching) Waterproof handwarming pockets and left chest storage pocket for fly boxes. Waterproof zippers and roll-and-store full-coverage hood. Elastic draw cord at the waist. Adjustable. Elastic cuffs for a comfortable fit. Washable. This jacket is well worn. And as shown in one of the pictures, there is a 2" tear where the hood meets the body of the jacket. This has no impact on the performance of the jacket. I have machined washed the jacket to get it as clean as I can, but what you see is what you get.
