I have tied and used several patterns, but the pattern I have available on this listing continues to be my go-to fly. My buddy and I get on the water approximately 30 times a year. And over the past couple years, we have put over nearly 20 fish in the boat each year, predominantly with this fly pattern. The flies measure approximately 12" long. And they are made with deer hair(head) bucktail, long feathers, marabou, and flash. The two hooks are connected with a double loop of 20lb steel leader(American Fishing Wire) which makes the articulation(photo 7) The back of the fly includes long. Flowing feathers for extra action, and the head is made of deer hair, which pushes water and helps your fly move in several directions, upon retrieval. The hooks are Gamakatsu 4/0 Heavy Cover Worm hooks(can also tie in 5/0- just let me know) These hooks have a narrow profile and are extremely stout. Which helps keep the weight down on the fly for easier casting, and the stoutness is there for a heavy hook-up(photo 8) You may find that these flies are little more expensive than others you may see listed. But. One thing you will find- I am a musky fisherman 99% of my time on the water, and these flies work. You get what you pay for! See for yourself! Up for sale is a pair of Cabela's GuideWear Extreme GORE TEX Insulated Bib. The bib is red and black in color and a size Small/Regular. Please see below for additional size info. The Cabela's Guidewear Gore Tex bib features a 100% waterproof, breathable Gore Tex membrane, Chill busting Thinsulate Ultra insulation, Articulated knees, Pockets for storage and small tackle boxes and tools, and many other features to keep you fishing longer in any type of weather. This bib is excellent for when the temperature drops and choppy waves throw spray across the bow when driving winds suddenly fill with rain. The heavy duty fabric resists rips and tears from hooks and sharp corners. Scuff patches add an additional layer and tear and abrasion protection through the lower legs. The bibs feature adjustable heavy duty shoulder straps and quick release ... morebuckles for a custom perfect fit every time. Zip to thigh leg openings allow for quick and easy on and off over shoes. velcro staps on the bottom leg allow for an adjustable, secure fit. Zippers are even protected with a waterproof material to keep the elements out. This bib is in Excellent condition and does not show much sign of use. They were well taken care of and gently used. All zippers and velcro work as they should. The only thing to make mention of is the leg zippers can be tricky because of the waterproof coating on them but all zippers. Velcro, etc has been tested and is working as it should. Cabela's sizing guide shows Small Regular would be best for a waist of 28-30. I am 5'10' with a 34 waist. I was able to get these on no problem but they were snug so please consider Cabela's sizing and your own judgement for proper fit. Bid with confidence and check my feedback. The item that you are purchasing is a very hard to find Vintage LUND LEADING THE WAY SINCE 1948 Varsity Jacket with an excellent look on the back of the jacket with some great graphics and a 3D type stitch on the word LUND on the back.
