Nice Shimano Stradic 2000 FG rare Made in Japan
Up for auction is a great Stratic 2000 FG made in Japan. The reel is in overall good condition. Mechanically the anti-reverse works perfectly. The reel spins smoothly and the drag system is great. The only minor problem with the reel is the bail when closing. When opening to make that cast its flawless. When you spin the handle the bail does not close all the way. If you use your hand to close the bail it works perfectly. The only issue is when spining the handle. Cosmetically the reel has some scratches and some Saltwater rash as you can see in the pictures. All this reel needs is a little TLC. This is a fantastic reel that I have owned and used for some time. I am only selling because I have too many reels. Feel free to email me with any questions. Shimano Stradic 2000, Symetre 2000 and Symetre 1000 Fishing reels 3 reels total
Good used condition but these reels the back reel lock does not hold all the time. I have been told they just need cleaning as otherwise the reels function smoothly. They all have the double paddle handles and come with only 1 spool each. The Symetre 1000 was just spooled with Fireline Crystal 4lb diameter 10lb test line this year. These are all front drag reels. I didnt want to pay to get these cleaned or repaired and bought new ones so if your handy these will be great reels. Here is a Shimano Ultegra spinning reel- made in Japan. This is the same reel as the US Stradic FG. But the Ultegra has a titanium lipped spool and all aluminum handle. The reel uses worm gear oscillation for great line lay as well. The reel performs fantastically and there is no rust or corrosion at all. The drag is super smooth. Bail is nice and snappy, and the handle turns smoothly. Just some scuffs on the handle and a few on the reel, but nothing serious. Comes with box, papers, parts, and reel bag. Thanks for looking.

There are 3 Stradic 2000's with 3 spare spools. All 3 work perfect. There are 2 Stradic 1000's with 4 spare spools. One of the 1000's sometimes makes a noise when you first start reeling it in. It works like it should. But sometimes makes a noise. The other one works perfect. I also threw in a Symetre 2000 that works perfect. All the reels have some boat rash, but nothing that affects the performance of the reels.

1 used Shimano Stradic 2000 front drag spinning-good used condition see pictures-includes 1 spare spool(see picture has some nicks) reel operates very smooth and drag also very smooth. NOTE: back reel lock doesn't operate properly most of the time and I was told by our Shimano dealer that this could just require a cleaning but I have not tried this as I got a new reel. see pictures. will combine shipping with other items.
