Berkley 830 USED spinning reel-good shape-reversible crank-plus other items-LQQK
~Hello! Welcome to my auction!~ This item up for your consideration is an older fishing reel manufactured by Berkley and has the model number of 830. I am not much of a fisherman any longer so I can't tell you much about the reel other than it seems to be working fine. Reel is approx. 6.5 inches long. The line spool is approx. 2.750 inches across and the crank is 3.250 inches long. There is nothing I can see that tells what the line capacity is, but spool is is fairly large as can be noted by the measurements. As stated, this has been used and has some paint chipped from the mounting bracket and shaft. Is also a little dirty and needs to be lubricated before using. The bail, crank and the thumb operated clicker button all seem to be working fine, the reel has no line so I did not check the drag system. The torpedo crank has the capability ... moreof making the unit either a right or a left handed retriever, can be removed from one side and screwed into the other side. Also included with this offer are a few other fishing items. There are two plastic containers with hooks in them, one is for crappie/panfish and contains 21 asst. hooks, other contains an assortment of 17 catfish hooks, both have been opened but the hooks look to be unused. Another little package contains 8 size 3/0 hooks that have extra barbs on the shank, these are unopened. Also included is a little package of 2 ready-to-fish catfish rigs, unopened and unused. Also a little baggie of Water Gremlin removable split shot sinkers, says there are 30 of them, I didn't count them. Last item is a little(2.5 in. inluding hooks) unused Dardevle fishing lure by Eppinger. The color is orange with gold on either side and has the Dardevle logo as can be seen in photo. These have all been in a man's tackle box and some have a little dirt on them.
