LARGE plastic VINTAGE tackle box full of goodies lures bobbers fish fishing
for sale: a large vintage plastic TACKLE BOX full of fishing stuff. I don't know a lot about fishing. So please check out the photos and judge for yourself. I believe this was owned by a grandfather who took his grandkids fishing, there are labels with their names on each section of fishing stuff. Box measures about 13.5 inches long by about 7 inches high when closed and has a depth of about 6 inches. And of course, when you open it, it has the 3 layers of items and then the box full of stuff in the bottom. Fishing tackle box does not have a brand name that I can find, and it is also dirty on the outside. Please ask any questions before buying as sales are final. This lot is full of old fishing items found in an old tackle box. Please see pictures for what is included and for details about condition. I am unsure the age of these pieces. They appear to be vintage/ antique items. There are several bobbers/ floaters. I believe one is cork. But I am not sure. There is an old Hula Popper lure. It is in ok shape except for the strips coming off. Two wooden pieces that I think might be string/ line winders are included as well. Also there are multiple sinkers. This auction is for a Dealer Box of Mycro Double Eye Fishing Floats. As the box states. These are good for fly rod fishing, spinning equipment, or cane pole fishing. These are the Double Eyed variety, which means they are twice the value as those single eyed ones. Half of this float is red, the other half is white. This comes complete with 24 floats. SUPER COOL. ONE OF A KIND LOT of VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE ICE FISHING EQUIPMENT AWESOME MIXED LOT! Mid Wisconsin Storage Pick Find! This lot includes everything you see in the photos. The pieces vary in age from the 1970's to probably early 1940's some of the pieces are old-timer. Hand made items. Equipment includes: An old Ladle with oxidation. This sieve end isn't even bowled like the newer ones are. But I don't think it is hand made as the bowl end is riveted onto the handle like a factory would do. The ladle has a shepherd hook handle and the piece measures approximately 2 feet long. There are three fishing poles. The poles actually feel like tool handles. And maybe they are! Each has two open screw hooks centered on the poles and an eye hook at one end for guiding and wrapping the lines. There is some old fishing filament ... moreline still wound around the center hooks, and two pole set-ups include home made covered wire hooks still attached. There is some additional lengths of the same type of wire for making additional hooks. The poles measure approximately 31" 31" and 33" Two Jigging Board Poles. One is ladder-like and the other is an old barnwood board notched at each end. One has nylon line wrapped around center. And the other has some type of twisted cord fishing line wrapped around center. One metal scaler marked Speed Scaler One home made Scaler-a Beer Cap screwed to the end of a piece of wood. this was used as it still had fish scales in the bottle cap. Three wood bobbers and the condition is as follows; longest one has got real nice paint and good wire connectors and is 4 1/4" long. The middle size has good wire connectors. Wood rod looks nice and is 3 1/4" total length, the red paint is fair the white is worn. The smallest has paint issues and it has a small pushrod to hold the string after threading the string thru, the bobber only is 1 1/2" long without the pushrod. VINTAGE WORDEN'S ORIGINAL SPIN-N-GLO WINGED DRIFT FISHING BOBBERS
This plastic case contains about 100 each Worden's Original Spin-N-Glos with orange bodies and white wings. The orange bodies have many redish dots on them that seem to have faded over time but should still work as intended. The plastic case is cracked and scuffed and measures about 3-3/4" in diameter. I'm guessing that these Spin-N-Glos are what the manufacturer calls their"Size#8" as the body measures about 5/8" long and the wingspan is about 7/8" wide. They say they come with"soft" wings and"stiffer" wings. I don't have both to compare but these feel"soft" to me.
