The Amazing Spider-Man ISSUE #121 Original Owner Great Condition, FIRST PUNISHER
For sale is the 121th issue of The Amazing Spider-Man. Jun 1973. We are the original owners of this comic. My dad bought this comic book back when he was 14 at a little corner store in Providence. RI where he used to buy all of his comic books with money he earned from delivering newspapers. It has been sitting in a box with a couple hundred other comic books since purchased; he read each one once with care and put them in that box afterwards. This is only the fourth or fifth time they have seen the light of day in 40 years. The book's condition is very good. However this issue was towards the bottom of one of the comic book stacks in the box against the edge so the front cover does show a little stress along the right side, as pictured and the corners are curled up a bit. There is a number"3" written lightly in black chalk ... moreor crayon etc. in the top right corner, as pictured. This was done by the store keeper. All of the blemishes I could find are noted in the pictures, the book is in great shape but being a"key" issue that many save for investment purposes I want to disclose as much about it as possible. If you have any other concerns about its condition just ask and I'll get back to you asap. I will put the comic in a gallon size zip-lock bag, sandwich it between two pieces of cardboard and send it insured to the winning bidder. Original owner offering a mint condition Gibson Les Paul- Jeff Beck Oxblood VOS with all case candy. OHSC, and will be shipped in the original Gibson shipping box. This is#05x of a limited run of 150 worldwide. Cosmetically. The guitar is in exactly the same condition as when I opened the box. The guitar was used sparingly in a smoke free environment. The frets show no signs of wear. The guitar plays fantastically and sounds amazing! The guitar is fully original with the exception of the pu solder joints on the volume potentiometers as I installed an alternate pair of pu's in it for a while. The stock pickups are back in the guitar. The neck is nice and beefy- the neck depth at the 1st fret is 0.96" and 1.10" at the 12th fret. The previous owner was casually shopping at Footes percussion in London when a be-speckled Tama endorsee drummer, original member of Level 42, Phil Gould popped in to unload a job lot of snare drums he no longer used/needed, as well as a couple of Artstar wooden beauties he no longer wanted the classic drum up for auction here, the previous owner quickly bought everything Phil got rid of.
