This is a used reel? I could not find even one tiny scuff on it. Really! Not a mark. Not a scratch. And it functions perfectly. It has newer mono on it, my guess is about 12lbs test. It may or may not have ever seen water but if it was actually used it was treated with kid gloves. To say it is"like-new" is absolutely true. Very Nice 5600 AB Ambassadeur reel. A couple very minor nicks but not even noticeable- but you really have to look to find them. Overall condition is very good/ MINT and drag works great, levelwind works and its ready to fish for all types of fish. Anti-backlash system can be turned on or off with the flip of the switch. in the off position it works as any other free spool bait casting reel-But switch it on and it will help eliminate a backlash when throwing lighter lures or casting into a wind. 5.3 gear ratio is perfect for all types of fishing. These are very nice reels with the anti-backlash feature. If you bypass the anti backlash. It works like a dream. It looks good, feels good, runs smooth, and casts well.
