BABY' INJURED MINNOW LURE CONDITION: The Plastic lure measures aprox. 2-1/2" long. This particular Injured Minnow seems to be fatter and have darker color than some you'll see. Both eyes have some rubbing. There's some light hairline scratching and a small nick on the back just behind the eyes. Some light scratching is also seen on the back more near the tail. These are light hairline scratches. The right side with hook is NICK FREE. There are no serious nicks found. Two small hairline scratches high on the side about mid-body. The left side has a small indentation where the marking is. NO serious nicking on the left side! The left side has some tackle box blue color soiling specks micro in size. The belly has no more than light soiling. The hooks and hardware are slightly tarnished as seen. Oh, we think this is a nice one for any display. Remember this is a plastic version. Creek Chub Bait Co. vintage Surfster bait. Here is a very scarce 2-hook. 7400 series in#18- Silver Flash. The 2-hook version was never cataloged and made by special order only. Also, this is a very scarce tack-eyed, 4-oz. model, which was only available from the C.C.B. Co. catalog in 1964 in the regular 3-treble version. This lure has been well used, however, and does have pointers and scrapes as seen in the pictures. Still, if you don't have one, it's a nice bait to fill that hole until a better one comes along.
