This is a used Daiwa 700C open face spinning reel in perfect working condition. There is some wear here and there. Especially on the handle near the base(see photo) The graphics are pretty crisp and the one photo will give you an idea of the capacity i.e.160 yards capacity when using 2 pound test.The handle is convertible for either left or right hand use. The black toggle switch at the back is reverse/anti-reverse selection. When in anti-reverse there is a pleasant click to remind you that the drag setting needs to be set to pay out line if a big one strikes! As the drag pays out line there is a quiet click that is in the spool. Everything works, I would love to use but here in the Colorado River are some mighty big stripers, I want to keep the big ones for dinner! The best of these reels are the Penn's. 2 appear to be ok mechanically but missing the mounting bolts and or the wing nuts. The tension or drag on the Penn 155 appears to need attention or repair.
