A custom bit maker, back when the Sprenger Duo mouthpiece was only available on a loose ring. The workmanship is lovely and the bit is in perfect condition, with no chew marks or damage. Only notable"blemish" is some staining of the mouthpiece, as seen in the photos. I've provided photos both with and without flash and from different angles to give a thorough picture of the bit. This is a really nice bit and I actually had two of them, but no need anymore as I no longer show(it was great for my horse that found the jumps on his own, as he didn't need me pulling on him, messing things up! I paid $200 to have this ... moremade by Jay, so this could be a super deal. I think they might actually call this a 5.75" mouthpiee. But the actual measurement when I measure BETWEEN the dee rings is just over 5.5" photo shown too so you can see how I measured) The dee rings are the nice big hunter type dees, and are about 4" tall.
