You are bidding on a lot of three fly rods. The first is Fenwick FF56 7 1/2' 3 1/4 oz rod. The rod is marked Aftma fly line no 6 and Feralite. The tip is broke off this rod and it measures 87" long. The second rod is a Garcia fly rod. I cannot read anything else on this rod. This rod is 103" long. The third rod is similar to the Fenwick but does not have any markings on it. The third rod's tip is also broken and this rod measures 88"

These were made in early 80's and truly are a world class reel made to compete with billy pate and fin nor and Penn international back in the day, This is the big boy and is very rare to find, made for saltwater big game(it will swallow up a WF 13 line and 370yds of backing) This will also make a exc. Spey Reel( I had it on my sage spey rod and at 12oz. balances it out perfect) shows some scratches from use and the anti reverse arms paint is a little faded, but shows very nice and ready to fish. Up for auction is a wonderful souvenir trinket box shell decorated folk art woodenware box recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. It is found in good working condition with lovely feet and a great working clasp but there are three shells inside which would need to be re-glued(elmer's works great) and quite possibly there are a few more missing. Maybe two more. A great souvenir from Fenwick Island Del in Sept 1937 or maybe made by the person themselves with excellent lettering skills as the gold lettering inside is expertly hand painted. Fenwick SP721 spinning rod in nice used condition. This is a two-piece rod with a cork handle and all original guides and wraps. The only issue that I noticed is that there is nothing on the reel seat to lock the reel in place. But that should be an easy fix for the buyer. WELCOME TO TIPTON TACKLE ~ VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE FISHING GEAR A VERY OLD AND WELL USED FENWICK FERALITE CASTING ROD ~ CARRIES THE STENCILED# H 7c 210 AND HAND WRITTEN# 1256. 5-1/2' 9-1/2 OZ. ~ THIS IS ONE OF THE EARLY ONES ~ LOOK! This rod has seen some use and it has a few surface blemishes as a result but it is still structurally sound and has a lot of fishing left in it. Please check out the pictures carefully. The cork handle and fore-grip show some soiling but there are no significant gouges or damage of any kind. The reel seat and clamping mechanism are in excellent condition and still function properly and the line guides and wraps are intact. Straight and tight. There is some surface wear on the rod tube but nothing severe.
