There is an unopened package of Shakespeare Sigma Fly Line. The package say that this line was manufactured to AFTMA standards. It is 25 yards of L7S, Black Line. There is also a Weber Floataline tin. That does contain material, but I can't vouch for it's suitability for use. The tin itself is in very good shape, with all graphics in good readable condition. These two items would make a great addition to anyones collection of fishing history. This stuff was in a box and I have no idea what it all is. The reel is marked"OREN-O-MATIC. MADE IN USA, BALANCED REEL NO 1130, MODEL C" and it has a logo the reads"SOUTH BEND BAIT COMPANY QUALITY TACKLE" It is metal, and when you push the lever, the reel of line goes around. There are 3 extra spools of fishing line. The 2 spools in boxes are both nylon line in metal cases. The outside of the box reads"WRIGHT& McGILL 1 ONLY EXTRA SPOOL for STREAM& LAKE, MODEL NO- 88A' One box has"POUND TEST 4" the other box has the POUND TEST number marked out and'8' marked on top of it. The smaller spool(lower right of first photo) says"ORVIS, DIAM 010 1X, B/S(LB) 5,5.NYLON, 75 YDS" The spool is plastic with tape around it. Appears to be unused under the tape. The larger spool reads"STREN ... morePREMIUM BRAIDED KEVLAR FISHING LINE, ULTRA TOUGH, ULTRA SENSITIVE 30 lb. 13.6 kg, 100 yards/92 meters" There is a round tin(blue and silver) that reads"WEBER SPECIAL NYLON LINE DRESSING. The container has some discoloration but no holes or dents. The stuff inside looks bad(4th photo) There is a tiny brown glass bottle with a metal lid, which is marked"DRY FLY" on a home made lable. I think there is some kind of oil in it. I only got this bottle pictured in the first photo. There is a 2" bar of red colored, firm waxy looking stuff, in a plastic wrapper, don't know what it is. The 3" long, arrow shaped item is marked WEBER on the vinyl case, and the contents looks like a sharpening stone or file of some kind. Possibly hard graphite? It is broken into 2 pieces. The long plastic piece with a metal ring at one end, appears to be some kind of home made tool. No idea what the purpose was. These where perched at an auction at the old closed Sunset Line and Twine Mill in Petaluma and were part of the inventory of what was there after the mill closed.
