Was a friends gandpas, i don't know the age of the split bambo fly rod. the Butt piece is about 38-1/2" the middle section is the same as the butt. One of the tips is 34-1/4 inches& the other tip is 31-1/2 inches. Also has 2 canvas storage socks, one for the tip sections& one holds all pieces including aluminum brass tube tip container, tube about 39 inches. The pieces have not been put together in a long time, i put one piece one a little bit and it was to tight to completely slide on because a grease like protective lubricant has waxed up. so i decided not to put the rest of the rod together& allow the new owner of this rod to clean the fittings& re-lubricate the fittings, Thus i cannot tell you the ... moreassembled length of the rod. i pulled the piece back apart of course& the good popping sound was heard when i seperated them, this is good, it looks to me like all the pieces fitting will clean up nicely& fit snuggly after proper work. Vintage Antique Leather Split Woven Willow Wicker Fly Fishing Creel Basket VGC
Up for auction is a very nice split willow and leather fishing creel from early 1900's. The only real issue I see with this piece is the leather closure strap is broke. Although it is present and will be included for possible repair. Otherwise the basket is tight with little to no damage. The leather on the rest of the creel looks to be in very good condition as well. Slight discoloration inside on the bottom which just gives it credibility. Good luck.

This auction is for a classic 1940's vintage American made. Split bamboo 8 1/2' fly fishing rod with the original sock and case, marked on the rod decals: MONTAGUE RAPIDAN- TONKIN. This genuine Tonkin Cane rod has four pieces including the extra tip. This fly rod is fully functional and in excellent condition appearing just very lightly used with no damages and still showing 100% of the original varnish. With one tip it actually measures 102 1/4" and with the other it measures 101 3/4" With the shorter one it is perfectly straight and with the other it is near very straight. The 3 piece rod weighs 5.8 ozs. with either tip and in the tube the total weight is 1 lb. 4 ozs. It has no markings on it at all. Vise is in very good condition. The head of the vise is excellent. The piece that attaches to the head to the standing rod shows some very slight wear on the finish. William Joseph fly fishing fanny pack
You are bidding on a William Joseph fanny or hip style fishing pack. I never fished this pack but I did get it out of the package and put my gear in it and tried it on so I guess it is used but only by a hair. The water bottles were never used or even washed from new it is in perfect shape. It has a large compartment to store your larger gear and a smaller compartment in front of it for a small box or tippet. I also has two other compartments on the belt on either side of the main pack they are big enough for tools or reels or something. All the compartments are zipperless they are held close with magnets. This feature is my favorite part about this pack it is a great idea and works really well. It also has a shoulder strap to take some of the weight off of your hips also a nice feature. I am selling this pack because it just did not fit ... moremy style of fishing I am used to a chest pack and I guess you can not teach old dogs new tricks after all let my misfortune be your deal. This is an assortment of used reels and spools. All are small fly reels suitable for 2-5wt lines. I have an Elite Fly Reel with 6 spools. One spool has a 2wt. One has a 3wt, and one has a 4wt line. Lines have very little use. The other spools come with backing. I have two Battenkill spools with lines and one reel cover. I do not have the reel or know the model number. They are several years old. I also have a Scientific Angler System 2 67-L with 6wt sink tip line. Total weight is 3-4 lbs.

Lot of 3 Bass Pro Shops Two Seventy fly fishing rod cases. The black case is for a rod and reel. It is approximately 31" long and triangular. One of the red ones is approximately 42.5" long with a 3" diameter. The other red one is approximately 45" long with a 3" diameter. They show very little wear and I tested the zippers and all work smoothly. I believe that these were part of a package sold with a rod and when the rod broke. The customer returned the rod and the case. Just my best guess. These items are sold AS IS, please look carefully at pictures and ask questions if necessary. The black case is embroidered and the lettering on the red ones is printed on.
