Antique/Vintage Bamboo Fishing Rod with un-marked fly reel
This Rod is 5'6" long and very old. I have had it for over twenty years as a wall display. I have tried to find the make. But no luck. It is a two piece bamboo construction. The reel has no markings on it to determine the manufacturer, however it is newer than the rod. This would provide someone else with a wall piece as it has for me. for sale here is a little leeda 3.5" reel. for sale here is a very good 1540 built by jw youngs and from the 1500/expert series and being the 1.25" wide drum model. 4.25" 2 screw drum release, rim tension, twin checks, left or right wind, mechanically excellent and tight, good strong loud check, very little used. 2 vintage richard wheatley large trout salmon fly fishing silmalloy boxes
for sale here is a pair of large 6" x 3.5" deep wheatley boxes. VTG Lot Scripto Lighter VU-Lighter Trout Salmon Fishing Fly Lure
Up for bid is a vintage lot of Scripto VU-lighters. All three hold fluid without leaking. ALL AS SOLD AS IS FOR PARTS 1- red band.fish painted on plastic square. tlid opens and closes nice and tight.the button that dispense fluid to the top is pushed in. needs a flint. 1- goldtone with black band.lure inside. needs a striking wheel.lid opens and closes nice and tight. side button is pushed in 1- silver top with black band.United State Marines insigna on plastic square.both are etched(see photo)side button works.lid opens and closes with ease and great snap. THIS ONE WORKS.
