Here is a nice 4 piece 9' split bamboo fly rod offered for.99 and no reserve. It is a MONTAGUE FLASH w/ 2 tips of different actions. The cork grip is nice condition as well as the rest of the rod. Comes with cloth case and tube. One eye is missing but the wrapping is still perfectly intact where it was. This rod is 100% useable yet if you felt like trying a split bamboo. This Abercrombie& Fitch"Featherweight" fiberglass fly rod is in excellent condition without any defect that I can recognize. It is 2 piece. 8 1/2' long rod, for GBF line(8 weight) It weighs 4 7/8 oz. It has been made in 1960s. There are 7 snake guides, including two that are relatively close together on each side of the ferrules. The wraps are green tipped in black. The ferrules, wraps, decal and details are in great shape. The reel seat shows a few signs of use. The cork grip is in excellent condition, and I doubt this was fished very much. This rod is ready to fish or collect. It comes with aluminum tube and its original cloth sack. There is no dent on the tube, but you can see minor sign of use on it. The tube measures 52 1/2" long. Lamiglas SFL96 S GLASS 8" 6/7 WT 2 PC Fly rod. The rod is in really good shape. I recently bought it but find I really don't need another 6/7wt. Rod shows only minor wear. Has two stripper guides and a Fuji seat. The Fuji seat may not be the prettiest to most people but they are bomb proof. I am a big fan of them. I paid $100 just for this rod and that was a bargain. I am offering all of this for a $99 start price. The Martin 67SS-A reel comes with line. Shows minor wear. Most noticeable is a spot on the spool. Pawls are good. Nice click pawl reel. No clue what the line is but think its a wf5f line. Next is a Fenwick fly rod. It was an 8"6 6/7 wt but I cut a couple foot off the butt and remounted the grip and moved the stripper. An excellent condition 8 foot 5/6 weight 2 piece fly rod made on a Lamiglas"Perigee" blank. These rod blanks were so popular that after they were discontinued. Lamiglas had to make a special run to meet demand. The reason they were so loved is their light swing weight and terrific action. The blank feels light as a feather yet has amazing power and responsiveness. These are excellent rods. This one was made with a beautiful box elder burl wood reel seat with black hardware. Guide wraps are dark green to match the dark olive green blank. Would be a great small stream smallmouth rod, or a good streamer rod for trout fishing. No tube.

This is a vintage H-I(Horrock-Ibbotson) Mohawk, Cascade, No. 1428, 7 1/2' two piece fly or spinning rod. The rod is stamped Mohawk, H-I, Cascade, No. 1428, 7 1/2 Ft. Horrock-Ibbotson, Made in USA the stamping is in fair to good condition with some lettering and decal loss. My rod m easurement is approx. 7' 1" long and is a two piece rod. So the rod must have been broken because 5" are missing and my guess is that it was broken in front go first eyelet(see photo 7& 8) looks like metal fitting rod was refitted and glued in rod where the break may have taken place. This rod has 6 eyelets wrapped in yellow and red string and all the eyelets look to be in good condition(See Photo 6) with the exception of the first larger eyelet which has a bend in it but is still useable(see photo 5) The rod is in good condition and shows ... moresome smudges and scratches and like I stated earlier that rod has been broken and repaired and the cork rod handle is in good condition and shows some wear on the ends. This is a vintage Wright& McGill fiberglass fly rod in very good original condition. The cork handle is free of chips and cracks. Some of the original decal on the cork is evident. But not really readable. The wraps are all intact. Two of the line guides are bent and may need to be re-wrapped as you can see in the photos. The tip is good. Reel seat is good. The wrapping around the eyelets also looks very good with only light wear. The rod measures 8' long. Also included in this auction is a genuine Heddon case which fits the rod perfectly. The label on the case is partially off- but still intact. There are scuffs on the case which is normal for age and use, no major dents that would damage rod.
