This is the first one I have seen with the combined SWR and GL2 combination on the label. I own many Saltwater Series Rods(SWR'S) and a few of the GL2 series. The tip section on this model feels to me to be a little stiffer than the SWR'S but not as fast as the GL2 series of rods. Backbone kicks in about 1/3 down from tip around the 4th guide down. The rod is more blueish in color like the GL2'S. Rod is in excellent used condition for it's age. Rod has a sticker of a grouper. Underneath label.
