Comfrey Plant Good Sized Plant Once Reap Benefits Forever! Hardy Garden Staple
This is one Comfrey plant. They are easy to grow. And once planted, will take care of themselves. This is a baby of a very old lineage coming from south of Pittsburgh, PA. Grown at this old house were also hot garlic, horseradish, rhubarb, lemon balm, mint, and a Queen Ann Cherry tree. Three pear trees. All of these things take care of themselves with very little effort on your part once you have planted them. Must be Russian. This is one healthy plant. Which will be sent bare root. It wants a deep hole, as you will see, it has a tap root, the deeper the tap root hole the better the tap root and hence the plant. Hold the plant up and fill in as you go. Water well and you will see when it perks up that it has taken. Continue to water for a while, and soon you need never think of it again. Give it enough room as it will spread. Three feet is ... moreabout the width of the mature plant with branches. This is a nice plant to have at the back of your garden as it is quite big when mature, but it sure has lots of flowers which the bees like, so it brings lots of attention to your vegetable garden, which is what you want.
