For auction is a lightly used custom built Lamiglas 3/4 wt. two piece graphite fly rod. It is 6' 6" 78" in length. The guides are Pacific Bay SIC black single foot(2 foot stripper guide) The reel seat is zebra wood with black hardware. It also has a black hook keeper. Unfortunately the photos don't do it justice. The wraps are brown with dark brown and copper foil trim. The decorative butt wrap is a nine diamond pattern with tan added to the three guide wrap colors. This is a great little rod for fishing streams or choked small rivers and works well for packing. I only used it a handful of times but the trout landed with it were memorable as the light moderate action can make a whale out of a brookie. Enjoy!

Glenn Wicks (lamiglas) 8 1/2 Ft. Casting Fishing Rod Great for Salmon/Large Fish
You are bidding on a Glenn Wick’s(famous rod builder in the Pacific Northwest who uses lamiglas blanks) casting fishing rod of the true lamiglas style. There is no lure or line size listed on the rod. But I would say it has a medium-heavy action and definitely able to land the big ones. This is a two piece rod(equal lengths) that measures 8 and 1/2 feet long when assembled. It is in great mechanical shape for the 8 ceramic guides and wraps, reel seat and cork handle. The rod itself shows a little ware on the finish in places, but nothing major. Cork shows some typical staining. The main thing you will notice by looking at the photographs is a bunch of tiny pink specs on the rod due to catching the overspray from a painting job. Of course this does not hurt a thing for fishing purposes, it just affects the appearance some(you could probably ... moreactually take a cleaner and clean these specs off if desired, I don’t want to take the time to do so) This will make a great fishing rod and is ready to catch fish. You are bidding on a CUSTOM LAMIGLAS FISHING Spinning ROD purchased from a fisherman’s estate who has made several custom rods from Lamiglas Blanks. This is a one piece rod that only measures 5 feet 1 1/2 inches long. It does not have a description for action. Lure and line size, but I would describe the action as Light Action. I would say it would be great for 2- 6 lb. Line and 1/8- 1/4 oz. Lures. Keep in mind this is only my best effort at describing the action, line and lure weights; I can’t be for certain but I bet it is close. The rod looks as though it has been lightly used and taken well cared for with only a light mark or so: nothing of issue. I bought this rod for a Steelhead Drift trip I never took. It is listed as used simply because the Lamiglas Warranty Wrapper is missing from the handle. It has never been fished or had a reel mounted on it. Here is some good information about this rod from the Steelhead University website. One rod following that path is the Lamiglas X 96 LLS spinning rod. This rod was amongst two new side-drifting models brought out in late 2003. The other is the EC 96 LLS. Essentially. These are the exact same rod in terms of construction, but the X 96 LLS is built from Certified Pro graphite and the EC 96 LLS is built from Esprit graphite. Materials can make a big difference. Esprit graphite is super-fast and the Certified Pro material a bit slower(only by a little) While both rods are feather-light and very nimble. The touch slower action of the Certified ... morePro material offers a tip on the X 96 LLS that’s just awesome. The Certified Pro X 96 LLS is a rod that you simply love to own and fish. At 9’6” in length the rod is rated for 4-to 8-pound line. But fishes like a 6- to 10-pound rod and in fact fishes very nicely with 10-pound line.
