What we have here is an Okuma Saltwater spinning reel. Named THE CHASER. This reel is painted all YELLOW. Except for the spool which looks like polished aluminum. or some type of polished metal. Everything on this reel works just fine, The model is a BX-40F and on the tail of this reel is says balancing system, there is a name above this but I can't seem to make it out? The bail works fine, there is a lever on the back which I believe changes the spool rotation. The handle is also interchangable from one side to the other, which by the way will be removed and secured in a separate bag for shipping purposes, it is safer this way, and the bail also may be removed and shipped in a separate bag for safer transport and less bulk. 4 used Okuma spinning reels(2 Avenger AV-30s& 2 Fina FI-30s) Reels are very well used. But 3 are in great mechanical condition, and spin as smooth as the day I purchased them new. One Avenger has been splashed, and needs to be taken apart and cleaned. I'll mark this one with tape on the handle. The other reels are(2) Okuma Fina(FI-30s) and(1) Avenger AV-30. Fina models are incredibly smooth, but show significant cosmetic boat rash and surficial corrosion on the bail arms(see pictures) All reels have no line, and have been used. 3 good reels have plenty of use left, but have been replaced with newer models of the same reel.
