Mint Condition 5 wt Orvis Zero G fly rod for sale. The rod is 9'0" Tip Flex, 4 piece. This rod may have been cast a couple times or maybe not. I think the photos tell the story pretty well. There are no visible imperfections on the rod at all. There are minor cosmetic issues with the aluminum tube.specifically paint scratches/scuffs. The photos do a good job of documenting these. Orvis Pro Guide 2 Waders M10-11 Like New
I have no personal knowledge of the history of these waders. But they look to be brand new. There are a couple of very small marks that you can barely see but there is no evidence of significant use, wear or damage that I can find. I believe they have been in storage for a couple of years. They do not have tags or packaging so I am selling as used. The size listed is M10-11. They are made of layered beathable polyester fabric with neoprene socks built in. There is an inside pocket and a chest pocket. Suspenders are complete and in good working order. There are dual belt pockets but there is no belt. All stickers are intact on the rod case and it is in great condition. The reel is also in like new condition with no nicks or scratches of any kind. This Kershaw money clip is around 30 years old. I ordered it out of an Orvis catalog back when I was single and had money. I believe it to be an Orvis exclusive as I cannot find another like it. The circle in the center has an engraved trout. The artists name appears to be S. Harbour if I am reading it right. I am certain I never carried this money clip. I recently found it in a box that I packed up back in 1995 when I moved. It is like new. The blade, stamped 2006 Japan, appears unused and the file, bottle opener screwdriver on the other side appears unused. I will ship this First Class in a box.

In later years. During the all too infrequent and short visits, it was a joy to steal a few precious hours fishing ... moretogether. I learned about and appreciated his desire for excellence and that it is not easily garnered, indeed, that perfection is a journey never a destination—one that is more often marked by sacrifice than success. Some thirty-five years now since his passing. I felt a need and sense of urgency to write about not only his legacy as a rodmaker, but his personage so that the forces shaping his life were better understood. Even today much is known about Wes Jordan, and his name is held in admiration by his peers, sportsmen, and authorities in the field. Still, I found my own knowledge and perspective of his life insufficient to tell the whole story of him as a fisherman first, then his fifty-five years as a rodmaker. Through the efforts of Dr. Todd Larson. Who was able to bring to the fore a wealth of historical information and contributions from spirited authorities, I was able to connect with my father’s past. As a result of writing this book, I have had the ironic benefit of coming to know my father from a number of different perspectives that enrich my life today. To know my father as others knew him—is perhaps the most rewarding experience I’ve had in writing his biography.

This is a very nice set of waders. Do not appear to have been used much at all. There are a few small burnishes and very light scuffs. Not sure if from use or storage. Everything seems intact and all the buckles and zippers work fine. Overall conditon is excellent. They are very high end waders made of multi-layer polyester and nylon fabric that is waterproof. This is a 6 1/2 ft.Two piece Bamboo fly rod. Condition:I must say I'm not an expert with old fishing rods.I assembl ed the rod and noticed the bamboo tip section seems to me a little darker shade then the butt section bamboo.I found this rod in a estate.With that said.I do n't know if this shade difference is normal to be like this or if the tip section was ever replaced.Is why I'm selling this as is. The rod looks nice.Would make a very nice wall hanger or a rod to be fished with.
