There are attachments and hooks that are interchangeable so that you can configure each plug differently from a surface Jitterbug type of bass lure to a diver! Pitting, scuffs and scratches. The line on the reel is included but I do not know the test strength or age. The reel appears to function fine and operates quite smoothly. When I purchased the rod the name international was removed and the owner had his boat name on the rod and then took the name of the boat off. I have taken the rod to a couple of tackle stores and they all claimed it's a Penn International, It's 6'10' and 2 piece. The rod is in very good shape except on the reel seat theres a little corrosion, the rollers are perfect and spin like a top. I will ship it in a plastic tube.

This reel has seen a lot of use. But it still works well enough to catch big fish. Particulars: Original 50 International(1967-1986) Parts are still available online. By the way. Reel turns smoothly. Drag is strong and smooth. Clicker works. Lots of scuffs and some corrosion damage. But these spots have been polished smooth. Button for preset strike drag stays down. Could be fixed but I didn't bother since you can just use it as a marker instead of a stop. Reel was recently rebuilt and lubed. I have caught a few sharks with it. And it's reliable in action.

There are no dents on the reel and it is very smooth and the lever drag works fine. The reel also comes with a nice soft spray cover that protects the reel from salt spray while running out to fish.
