This is a used yet-in-perfect-working-condition vintage Penn Peer model 209MS in it's original box. It is a level wind reel which keeps ones line evenly spooled. If one notices each Bakelite side panel is a different color. One side is a dark maroon. The other side a lighter maroon. This reel is in it's original condition. As I always say.
