Pflueger Pelican 1020 Reel for Parts or Repair with Instructions
This is a Pflueger Pelican Reel. Model 1020. It is tied up internally, my guess is the gears are bad. It won't turn a complete revolution; it does turn freely back and forth about 90 degrees. The bail trips, drag clicker works; I guess the rest of it is ok, and all the externals and screws are there. It also has the operating instructions that came with the reel. Any questions. These items quickly dried out and deteriorated and Pflueger offered replacement rings for them. I believe this is the original that came with the reel; this one is in awful condition. It, too has deteriorated and practically fallen apart, but they are almost impossible to find in the cellophane package; and(15) small reel Comfo handle grip cover(first one I've ever seen) plastic has hardened with some crazing; this item was part of the set with the Comfo ring. Vintage Pflueger Golden West 1878 Fishing Reel with leather thumb drag
This is a vintage Pfueger Golden West fishing reel with Bakelite caps and a leather thumb drag. It is in very good condition with a crack in the Bakelite and other than expected surface wear. The wooden handle has moderate wear and the metal components have some corrosion which I have not attempted to remove. The leather thumb drag is in great condition as pictured. The reel turns very smoothly. Based on my knowledge of when this was used. Is 1930s to 1940s. Please see pictures. THank you for looking.

Vintage PFLUEGER Bait Casting Reel Double-Handle in MINT Condition Offered here for sale is a beautiful vintage double-handle for an antique fresh-water bait casting reel. We believe this to be a Pflueger part- it is marked with a“P” on the underside. As seen in the photos, and features GORGEOUS marbled acrylic handles. Condition is outstanding- it apears new and unused. Overall length is 2-5/8” and the recess on the underside is 1/2” in diameter. The recess which engages the shaft on the reel measures approximately 0.283” x 0.203" Replace that corroded or missing handle with a minty-fresh new one. At a great price! Classic Unmarked Pflueger 60 Yd. Raised Pillar Fishing Reel Nickel Plated
This little unmarked Pflueger reel can be identified by its foot. It is in very good minus condition. There is a missing screw in the foot and the on/off click button on the tail plate is not working. There is also a friction drag button on the tail plate which is in good working order. The counterbalanced handle has a bone knob. the bottom of the foot is stamped"60" No wear to the nickel plating. A nice little collectible.

VINTAGE HARDY BROS Marvel Bamboo Rod 7.5' & PFLUEGER SAL-TROUT #1554 Reel
DESCRIPTION This 7.5" Hardy Bros LDT bamboo fly fishing reel is dated back to 1928 and is pre-owned. It has many signs of wear including scratches. Fraying, tarnishing, etc. but the eyelets are still in tact and the reel still holds well on the rod. The rod has a cork handle with a small metal ring at the top where the handle meets the rod and the metal ring has separated from the handle but it is still in good condition. See photos) The rod is stamped with the number E9690 and comes with a Pflueger Sal-Trout#1554 reel that is very old and has old line in it. The line is unusable but if this piece is being used for display the old line adds a great vintage look. This rod and reel are in acceptable condition but may need some work to be functional again. It would make a great addition to any collection. The metal storage tube seen in ... morethe photos is included with purchase. Very nice old Pflueger Akron.Mod 1893L level wind casting reel with line. Very clean and mechanically sound. One minor problem to note is one of the brown plastic grips turns hard on it's shaft, other is ok. I put drop of oil on it but very little effect. Not a big problem at all. This is another great"user" for classic fishing tournaments! Well worth adding to any collection. Pictures accurately show the great condition, just needing a quick clean and lube!
