This has a Ruby stone that has a Rebel Flag with crossed swords inside the stone, which is 3.85ct and measures 11.24 mm x 9.29 mm. The gold is in very good shape, it has Rebels and Citizenship on 1 side and Knowledge and Citizenship on the other. See photos for more details. They retired to FL from New York City. I do not know how or where this was acquired. I'm assuming it is an original period item. But am not sure!
