Otari MTR-10 Reel Motor with Power Harness and Mounting Screws Pulled from a working Otari MTR-10. Very well designed specialty motor with built in solenoid braking mechanism. This one is absolutely perfect- works flawlessly. I put the mounting screws"in place" not tightened but just enough to keep them where they go. This came from the LEFT side of the machine. I would think the left and right motors are interchangeable. But I can't guarantee that and would ask you do your homework if you need this for the right side. I do also have the RIGHT motor. Wollensak 1980 Portable Reel to Reel Tape Player Recorder w/ Mics, Works Nicely!
This is a Wollensak reel to reel tape player. Model 1980. It uses tubes in the two separate amplifiers. It's a very versatile unit that seems designed as much for professional use as for the discerning audiophile. I'm not too familiar with these players, but most everything seems to work properly on this one, even the light above the control panel. It records and plays track A,B, or 2 Track. I tested it quite a bit and found it recorded left, right, or both channels well on track A or B, but for some reason I couldn't get sound to from the left speaker after recording on 2 track. The only tape I had to test it was blank, so I'm not sure if there is a problem with recording or playing on two track. It's also possible that I'm not doing something quite right, since there are quite a few controls on this unit, some of ... morewhich aren't entirely intuitive. Luckily, the original manual is included. It does have some static and popping in the sound, but I'm not sure how much of that is standard in these tube players. This unit does some really cool stuff like recording sound input from another player on one channel while recording anything else on the other, such as singing or playing along with a prerecorded track and recording them together. The manual covers all of these functions in depth. It comes with an empty reel, two mics(both have some light tape residue or something on them, see pictures) a Y adapter, and the manual. The case has a few scuffs and blemishes on it, but is in overall great shape. It latches together smoothly and except for being on the heavy side is very sturdy and portable. 12 Fly Rod Handles and Reel Seats for Rod Building or Repair
These 12 fly rod handles were cut off of graphite rods. All have fully working reel seats that could be used for rod building and repairs. I added a ferrule to one I kept for myself to make an independent handle. There are probably other possibilities that I haven't thought of. Several seats are marked"White River. Custom Built and the rods Specs are in Excellent Plus Condition and where one really finds the telltale evidence of use is on the Aetna Wire Guides. Normally mashed, separated, with fine'Saw Marks' showing the line has cut into the metal and that the guide has seen it's better day and has the potential for fraying and cutting your new Quality Line that hopefully isn't Connected to a Record Breaking Fish! This rod has none of these things we Collector/ Anglers look for. Nor are there any Winding Fractures typical of old Varnish and more prevalent on newer rods using epoxy Vs more flexible polyurethane or varnish. The Ferrules are simply Perfect and what most don't look for and half the time missing is the Metal Plug on the Male End of the Ferrule. We didn't put the rod together since it has never been assembled thought we would let the new owner decide whether to assemble or leave it displayed like it is. There is no markings on the rod and we are possible an unmarked Shakespeare rod? Along with the rod is a Pflueger Akron reel with matching handle to the rod. Up for auction is a very nice Abu Ambassadeur 5500C baitcasting reel. The reel was made in Sweden and is so marked. There is serial number on the foot. Which is 750202. The reel is in excellent condition. As can be seen in the photos, there is no rash on the side plates on this reel. There is one tiny spot about 1 inch under the"High Speed" label on the crank side. It is about 2mm and I cannot feel it. I have tried to show it in the 1st and 2nd photos. Please take a look at the enlarged photos, as they accurately depict the cosmetic condition of this reel. Mechanically, the reel in in good working order. The action is super smooth and the release, level wind and star drag mechanisms work fine. You can tell this was somebody's prize caster in 1926. Put the rim lever in free spool. And give the spool a spin with your finger. You won't believe it. It has been cleaned, relubed, oiled and is tournament smooth. Other than the model 26 markings on the foot, the word"tournament" is all that appears on the reel, tailplate) The click is strong, and of course the free spool lever is operational. The reel has some wear/pitting on the spool flanges and on the headplate, but it's a tough reel to find in any condition. You won't be disappointed in how that spool turns. 1918 Shakespeare tournament reel, tapered knobs, very smooth
This reel. Marked"tournament" on the tailplate has its plates and spool made of aluminum. The reel has been cleaned, relubed and oiled, but even before that the handle seemed to spin forever. It is as smooth as any Tournament caster I've seen in many years of casting with old reels. The click is still strong as well. There are a few dings, mostly on the tailplate(which would be out of view in most displays) but it's a good one for its 95 year age. Priority mail which now includes tracking- flat 7.50 s/h. A great old casting reel by Sears. This reel is lightly used but has never been near salt water. No corrosion. Bearings are smooth. Chrome is bright. No dings. Ideal for lake fishing or decorating the den. Please ask all questions before bidding. Check out my other items from my dad's tackle box.

DESCRIPTION OF THIS ITEM: Vintage Penn model 49. Super Mariner used fishing reel. The pole mounting bracket is included. The reel's side diameter is 4-1/4" Important- see this item’s condition commentary in the following paragraph below) ACTUAL CONDITION COMMENTARY ON THIS ITEM: Structurally this reel is sound and complete. All screws are in place. This reel functions properly, all levers and adjustments work properly. Cosmetically, both side chrome trim rings in and out have pitting as does the inside spool. Both black plastic side plates are undamaged showing very light handling marks or surface scratches. The white handle is undamaged other than light handling/use marks. No frozen or broken parts. The reel is in excellent working condition but does show signs of normal use without abuse. It has some nicks and etc on the side plate and a few on the rim. Over all this reel in in very good shape.
