Samick Sage Take Down Recurve Bow 62" 55# Draw
Up for auction is a slightly used Samick Sage Take Down Recurve bow. It is 62" inches long with a#55 pound draw weight at 28" Draw Length. I bought this recently new. As a new archer, and used it for two months before moving on to a compound bow. This is an excellent beginner bow. It comes ready to shoot. It has a great arrow rest already installed as well as a nocking point. This auction includes a good leather and cord bow stringer for proper bowstringing. Also includes Hoyt Archery Limb sleeves. Fender Mexican Stratocaster Sage Green with Maple Fretboard & Seymour Duncan
T his listing is for a lovely Sage Green Fender Stratocaster made in Mexico. It was made in 2002(as seen in the serial number) and features a rare maple fretboard. There have also been upgrades to the pickups. The bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan Custom Custom and the mid-neck p ickups are Seymour Duncan Vintage 54 Single Coi ls. The guitar has a very clean sound with excellent action. It has been setup and ins pected by a professional luthier. So I am confident that this guitar plays as sweet as it looks. The guitar is in fantastic condi tion with no cra cks. Chips, or bubbles. The neck is straight and true, no bends or bows. There is no buckle rash on the back or pick marks on the front. It is a beauty! As for the bad. There are some rusty screws on the pick guard. Also. The top screw hole of the pick guard doesn't line up with the ... moreholes on the guitar, as highlighted in one of the phot os. This is also true with the sc rew hole on the bottom near t he Tone knob. The guitar is also missing the back plate. Which is an inexpensive piece to replace through Fender. SAGE LL 379-3 Fly Rod 7'9" 3 Wt Custom *BEAUTIFUL* Light Line
I am selling a bunch of custom rods from a guy that does about 20-30 per year. He does it for his therapy and then purges a bunch at a time. He does fish some of them. But there are so many, that no one man can put that many hours on that many rods. He learned to wrap rods from the local fly shop owner and rod builder, so he knows all of the tricks of the trade and has improved on some. He specializes in larger, saltwater rods, so they are built better than any factory rod and uses top end components. He seals the cork grips to protect from body oils, dirt and fish slime, which is why most of the cork is slightly off color. He also reinforces the ferrules on most of the rods with thread wraps the length of the ferrule. I am a big fan of the Sage LLs and have four models myself, including this one. Much to the chagrin of slower/medium-action rod loyalists, these rods were produced for only 2-3 years before giving way to the faster, stouter SLT- much like what happened to the famed Winston DL4. The 389-3 SPL will protect the lightest of tippet yet with has a butt section stout enough to generate the line speed necessary to reach that distant riser. I have nymphed fished with this rod. The lady who sold it to me told me her uncle flew F-4 Phantoms out of Thailand until 1972(the year in the jacket) He passed away a number of years ago. Vintage Fly Reels - Cortland, Sage, Bronson, Langley
Four vintage fly reels. They have aged well through the years. A little dirty. But all seem to still work. The first one is a Sage Model 506. It has some corrosion on some of the rivets and has original line on it. The second is a Langley"Riffle" Has backing and seems to work fine. The third is a Cortland- no model. Has original line on it ans seems to be in good condition. The last one is a Bronson"Multi Royal" 380. As mentioned, they show their wear, but could be a good addition to a vintage collection.
