This reel I bought brand new and regret selling it but I have to. It has the large egg handle for comfort. It comes with the original box. Instructions been on a shelf and has not been mounted on a rod and keep moisture out of it. It is an Excellent reel and very smooth action using it. I bought it and only casted it 4-5 times after I bought it because I wanted to see the difference in how the braid casts vs. the mono I've used for 40 years. Up for auction is a very nice Shimano Stradic 4000FI spinning reel. This is my own reel that I am not using. The reel is in excellent condition mechanically. The Handle has lost the outside rubber coating but that does not affect the Reel in any way. There are some minor scratches on the reel from normal wear. The reel is spooled with 6lb Ande tournament and also comes with a new spare spool that has never had line on it. I was going to send the handle back to Shimano because of the Rubber on the handle issue but never got across to it. This is a magnificent Shimano Reel and its the only Reels I fish. This is a used Shimano Stradic 3000FI in great condition. It is approximately a year old. I just had it professionally serviced($30 value) as all of my reels do in January and had everything greased. Cleaned replaced etc a few weeks ago. I Reel guard spray all of my reels after every use and thats why this is in great condition. It has been sitting since the service and not been fished since I got 3 new reels for Christmas, so this one has to find a new home. There is some cosmetic wear on it from being in the boat, but as you can see from the pictures and the rubber handle, it is in great condition. Shimano Stradic Ci4 1000 F Used, but well maintained new Nanofil 8lb line
This is for my 1st Stradic Ci4 I ever bought. I have used it some for the past 2 seasons, after every trip it got cleaned and oiled, it has a oil port for easy oiling! I would also remove the handle and apply grease about 2 times a season. It works perfectly and has actually gotten smoother since New! I have not been trout and walleye fishing for a while I figured she needs a new home where someone can use it more than what I do. I have gotten hooked on Big Musky and Pike fishing so I bought 2 new stradics. This has a fresh spool of 8lb berkley Nanofil. With this reel and line on a st croix legand tournament medium light it will throw a 1/4 oz to a 1/2 oz lure a mile! I have cleaned and greased the line roller bearing more than 4 times a season. I also put a washer in front of the foam handle, it was personal preference to keep the handle ... morefrom moving slightly back and forth, they all move like that I just didn't. I have also cleaned and greased the rotating part inside the handle. It has been cared for better than 98% of what normal people do. It has small scratches on it, it is not in 100% appearance condition, but it functions at 110% plus! Look at all my feedback, I'm not one to hide anything, I tell it like it is! I will take 12 photos at every angle I can, what you see is what you get. Like I said it has scratches but it functions perfectly! This is for U.S.A. Fisherman only, no international shipping. Shimano Stradic 4000FI, Shimano Stradic CI4 3000- Two Working Stradics!
This is a lot of two working Shimano Stradics. Both are functioning and in good working order. The first is a Stradic 4000FI. And there is a little wear on the handle, but it is purely cosmetic. It is well used, but the drag is super smooth, and though the reeling is not brand-new smooth, it is smooth. The second reel is a Stradic 3000CI4. It too is well used, but both the drag and the reeling are extremely smooth. Both reels are spooled with Power Pro(Super Slick 17 on the 4000, and what I believe is 20lbs. red on the 3000) The Power Pro has many good years left it in. I used these both for light tackle striped bass fishing. Bonito fishing, and they even performed very well on false albacore. I highly recommend them for any light tackle saltwater application. I am offering returns just because I am confident I have described their condition ... moreaccurately and adequately, and I think you will be pleased with them, but please understand that you are buying two reels that have had very significant use.
