I'm selling my beloved classic Simms wading jacket because my wife gave me a brand new one for Christmas. This one is in excellent condition and I took very good care of it. There are not even any smudges or stains to speak of. Even the taping on the inside is holding up well. This jacket still functions as rain shell. But not quite like a brand new one. I have personally used Renew on it one time and it refreshed it very well for a couple of trips. Renew works good and all Gortex products need it eventually and require special laundering procedures. These are used pieces and do show normal signs of wear. Normal wear may consist of names written on cover or inside sheets. Pencil marks/notes, torn to separated binding, wrinkles/crinkles, folds/dog ears, small tears, store or owner's sticker etc. Pictures speak a 1000 words! The sheet music and music books were purchased from an estate sale. The owner was a music enthusiast and came from a long line of music enthusiasts. She was the organist in our church. Music instructor for piano, guitar, accordion, violin, and steel guitar, played the accordion in a polka band, and she also learned to play the steel guitar when her husband was stationed at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. She loved music, loved to play music, loved to collect music, and loved to share music with those around her! We originally didn't purchase the sheet music for resale but we've realized there is too much music for just one family and we need to share as well.
