Plenty of room for socks in the feet and room in the chest for more insulation(I'm 5'11" 206 lbs. The waders have been stored in a cool dark place. They did not leak the last time I wore them which was several years ago in Wyoming.Seamless in the crotch so it can't leak there through a seam.
