mitchell pro Nautil 6500 waterproof fishing reel spinning
A used Mitchell 6500. A couple things to note- it has some pitting on handle and on the bail(minor. See pic) Its in working order, tho a very slight clicking on the retrieve when the spool reaches the bottom. It's not from the spool because it does it without the spool. This model Mitchell may do it but doesn't affect performance and did it when I purchased it many years ago. You also need to put a little force on the retrieve to engage the bail. Maybe adjustable but still nothing major. Drag seems to be fully functional. I honestly never used this reel much. I mainly use casting reels. This large Alcedo surf reel was made in the mid 50's.The reel was made by the Alcedo reel Co.Torino Italy.All Alcedo reels were imported and sold in the U.S. by the Continental Arms Corp.Fifth Ave.N.Y.N.Y.Because of the high quality of these reels they are highly sought after by collectors and fisherman worldwide.This reel is in outstanding condition for its age.It has had line on it,and was mounted on a rod,but was never fished.It is hard to find one of these reels,but to find one in this condition is truly unique.All of the functions work perfectly and the reel is marked"Alcedo made in Italy" on the sideplate and the spool.The serial# is M-381 and is stamped on the reel foot.The handle was designed to swich from one side to the other to accomodate a left handed fisherman.This would be a great addition to a vintage reel collection ... moreor a great reel for many years of fishing.Good luck and thanks for looking.

VINTAGE ZEBCO CARDINAL PRODUCT OF SWEDEN SPINNING FISHIN REEL No. 760208
Up for bid is this Nice VINTAGE ZEBCO CARDINAL SPINNING REEL that shows a few light scrapes or rubs on the finish. But nothing to affect the mechanics in any way. The reel works great to the best that I can tell. It is missing the small Zebco emblem on the side opposite the handle, so I do not know what size this one is, but it is one of the larger versions and I would say it could be used in large freshwater rivers or salt water as well. The factory label on the rotating head says Salt Water Proof Ball Bearing Drive. The previous owner has put a small label on the rotating head to identify the line and date. It says 17 lb. 8/94(so it has been awhile since used I would say) On the bottom of the reel foot it says PRODUCE OF SWEDEN and has a number that is 760208.
