Montague City, Massachusetts in 1930. Still has the right patina for being over 80 years old! The box measures 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" There is part of an old Sears,Roebuck& Co price tag on front which was peeled off. There will be a COPY of the original paperwork included. Recently my husband and I inherited some items from his elderly uncle who passed away. This box was among those items. It is a green plastic marble design box marked Plano Plas-Tak. Plano, Illinois. I am guessing it is from the 50's. There are no major defects on the box except for light scratching on the bottom and it needs a good cleaning on the outside and inside. Brass colored locking mechanism works fine. Inside it is full of fishing stuff, old lures, hooks, a bobber, split-shot(whatever that is) and various other items. We really didn't look through it or take anything out of it-just not our cup of tea. Perhaps someone out there would find some use for it. This is a vintage item, and may show signs of wear or use. Describing the use/wear is very subjective. Examine pictures carefully. Two spoons by FST- 1/2& 1/2. One"Johnson's Kokanee. One"Wobble-rite" and two unidentified one of which is a rather unique design I haven't seen before(looks to be solid crimped brass with a deeply textured surface) Both spinners, one a single brass or copper teardrop w/red beads and the other a double blade hammered finish copper( w/red beads, have no makers' marks. All of these are used but in fairly good condition with no missing parts. They are in"as found at an estate sale" condition and I've made no attempts to clean or restore them. VERY NICE VINTAGE PAIR OF ABU SWEDEN TOBY FISHING LURES, ZEBRA AND COPPER 18G
Here is a nice vintage pair of Abu Sweden fishing lure s. They are Toby lures and they are in good honest used condition with light wear and marking(see clear picture to decide before bidding) There is acopper one in 18g and a Zebra one also in 18g. These are not often seen for sale in this size and highly collectable. Postage cost reflects the new Royal Mail price structure for this size of item to be posted. I still have one of the lowest postal structures for the items I sell if you check around. Tight lines.
