Vintage Hardy Duplicated Mark II "Perfect" Fly Reel, handle needs work
Up for your consideration is a vintage Hardy Duplicated Mark II Fly Reel as shown. The plastic handle on this is old and significantly worn as shown in photo 5. The reel makes a nice clicking noise when its turned but the handle seems to tighten up and lock up when you turn it. If you reverse direction. The handle feels like its loosening up. This reel would need some touch-up work to be useable, but seems quite restorable. I've included 12 photos for your inspection. Thanks.

There is some light wear on the reel foot which would indicate use-but the rest of the reel exhibits just scattered light wear. Nice click and adjustable by push knob on the back for silent click. Bronson Royal 360 fly reel classic vintage and Made in the USA
Up for auction is a classic. Vintage, and antique fly reel, a Bronson Royal 360. This is a great looking reel, most notably due to the classic green color that shows just a little wear. This fly reel has been used and shows some wear. Though the click-and-pawl click drag is very firm. There is a white handle that turns smooth, and the line can exit from either side. The reel is made in the USA. As it is stamped that on the reel seat(see pictures) You can turn the clicker off by simply pushing it towards the outside of the reel(and there is not a lot of play when turning the clicker off) Everything is in working order, and the drag is firm. This reel is for right-hand or left-hand retrieve. And the fly lines that it would hold include a 2 through 6 weight; if you attempt a 6 or higher, you may have to remove any backing, or remove some of ... morethe fly line to allow room. This is a very classy and traditional reel. Up for bid one Vintage German Silver Fly Reel. The reel is missing the handle knob and the clicker doesn't work. This reel is constructed of German Silver with an open frame. And spool. Inscribed on the rear frame is"GERMAN SILVER 80 YDS. There is a clicker(not working) controlled by a slide button on the rear frame. The handle knob would attach to the spool. Opposite the knob location is a counterweight on the spool. The screw that holds the spool on looks like it may not be original to the reel as it has some black paint on it. Overall the reel is in good physical condition. It appears un-used(see photos) The frame measures 2-7/16" diameter. 1-3/8" deep not including the handle, the spool measures 2-1/4" diameter, and has a foot measuring 2-7/16" long by 9/16" wide. Up for bid is one vintage Nickel Plated raised pillar Trout/Fly Reel with Clicker. And 2:1 Geared Multiplier. The reel has nickel plating over brass. The plating is in very poor condition with about 95% worn off(see photos) There is a clicker controlled by a slide button on the back plate. It is in very good working condition. The handle appears to have a ivory colored plastic knob, although it could be the real thing. There are no marks on the reel as to manufacturer. Some identifying features include the front cover screws are placed at 9:00 and 3:00, and the foot is one piece very similar to a Terry foot, but the screws thread directly into the foot tabs, not a supporting block. Beautiful vintage Martin Model MG-7 Fly Fishing Reel with an extra Martin F-14 Spool. Reel is in very good condition and you can tell that it's seen some good action with water marks and a few minor scratches. No dents or gouges and everything works smoothly and flawlessly. Also it comes inside a cool glove soft leather drawstring pouch in excellent condition. Spool is also in very good condition and will come to you in it's original box. The Reel will come fully loaded with what looks to be Cortland 444 Classic Floating Fly Line(WF6F ROCKET-PEACH) but I am not positive. I am merely going by the tag attached to the inside of the leather pouch that the reel is stored in and the peach color that is associated with the 444 line. The Spool will come fully loaded with a light green line that I will assume is Cortland because of the 4 spools ... moreof line in this collection of fly fishing equipment that I am selling. 3 out of 4 were marked Courtland. Also it has the same touch and feel to it. The Cortland 444 Classic Peach has stood all the tests that generations of anglers have thrown at it and emerged as one of the finest fly lines of all time. These were bought at Gart Bros. in Denver, CO as the price tag is still on the spool box.

The reel has the following unique features: five(5) rows of perforations on the spool, gold/champagne anodized, S shaped crank handle with counter weight, black turning(ebonite? turning crank knob, adjustable drag on the rear, marked 5/6 on the alloy perforated smooth foot, with cam detachable head plate for R/L hand adjustment, matching spare spool and machine oil container as part of the set inside a hinged wood presentation case, marked with"R.W.Winston Rod Co. Vintage Reel" emblem on the lid. The reel is 3 1/8" in diameter, and 13/16" wide spool.
